^I'm pretty sure almost every gay guy has had a girlfriend at some point in time. Like, I'm gay and I've have two girlfriends, both of whom I liked alot. But something just wasnt right, like I didn't like doing "stuff" as much as I thought I should if I were straight or bi. But also, I can still tell when a girl is hott or ugly, but I know I'm into guys.

^Oh Ok, I wasn't sure if it could or not. Great Escape's Rainbow has had all kinds of problems though, and for a few seasons has been down completely. I remember once while I was in line for it when I was maybe 8 or 9, it seemed like the cycle was going for way to long that what it normally did, and after about 15 minutes of just swinging back and forth, a maintanace guy came and did something to it, finally getting it to stop. It kind of scared me though, how long it was just swinging there, it was a good 15 minutes. I'm sure it was broken, and I read once that when it breaks, the operators are supposed to either e-stop or hit freewill, I think thats what it was called. If there really is a setting called freewill, thats probably what they did because it didn't seem like anything was controlling it, just gravity. Other than that, I love Huss Rainbows. But they all are disappearing .

Yeah I definitely think your right about that. Like the Rainbow that used to be at Great Escape, they would tell you to move to one side if there were too many people on one side, which makes sense, especially for that kind of ride. I've always wondered in the back of my mind everytime I'm on that, I wonder if the gondola really could tip over?

Personally, I like most Huss Rides, but most of the ones I liked Huss has stoped making [Rainbow, Condor, Swing Around], but I do like Giant Frisbees. Maintanance wise, I too have heard they are a pain in the a$$ to deal with, when it comes to getting parts. When my home park, Great Escape, they needed a new part for their Rainbow, it was down all season, and when the part was recieved [near the end of the season], it turned out to not be right anyways, and the ride was recently removed completely, and now Great Escape has no thrilling flat rides at all. Otherwise, Great Escape has quite a few Huss rides [Condor, Pirate, Rainbow] On the GECentral Forums, there was talk about the last time Great Escape got a new flat ride, it was in 1994,[!!] and it was a Huss Pirate.Unless you could the 1000 not needed kiddie rides that have been added since then.

When they say the park was full to capacity, how many people would be allowed in the park at one time? There has to be a limit, and its probably pretty big.

Alright heres 2 more -Last week, I showed my 6 year old sister Scary Movie 3 [amazing movie, btw], not thinking about the fact that she would pick up on all the profanity in that movie. So on friday, she told my mom that there was a snake in the basement, and my mom is all like WHAT?! and shes like nah, I'm just screwin with you.. -When I was 4, my mom used to tell me that if she didn't wake up by a certain time in the morning, I could pour a bucket of cold water over her head..well I didn't realize she wasn't serious until the day I actually did it.

Yeah, i regret it. I've tried smoking that stuff too,I coughed for like 10 minutes straight. Alright heres 2 more -YESTERDAY, me and my friend Kyisha were sitting in her car, and we were eating sour patch kids, and she says she'll give me 10 bucks if I snort some of the sugar from the bottom of the bag..I got a nosebleed. But I got 10 dollars! Last fall me and 4 of my friends decided to walk out to our schools baseball field during our free period, and to go out to the dugout, to do "things" [meaning we were just going to talk ]. Anyways, to get there you have to walk the length of one part of the school, with about 20 classrooms in that wing, all with windows looking out there. Well once we g ot to the dugout, my friend Kyisha, who was supposed to be looking out to see if anyone was coming, comes in fast and tells us the assistant principal is coming[!!].[A teacher had seen us, and called him] So we are all completely freaking out, and one other kid I was with, he ran off into the woods [he gets in trouble ALOT and the assistant principal hates him] and never came back. We were really lucky that he ran away, because if he didn't I'm pretty sure we would have gotten into alot more trouble, but the assistant principal was focusing more on him running away than us being off-campus. Yeah, I know it was a stupid idea, but it was kind of fun.

Ok heres something that really bothers me. I hate the we're-better-than-you-because-we-have-tons-of-money-and-we-live-in-big-a$$-houses-but-are-completely-oblivious-to-the-fact-that-all-of-our-kids-are-potheads attitude all the adults in my town have. I can't stand when people think they are above everyone, its just something that really bothers me. I will say one nice thing though-everyone around here is pretty open minded especially for a small town with churches all over the place. [think of how Walgreens is in Florida, thats how many there are]

Alright heres a couple of mine -I have a trampoline in my backyard, its about 14 ft across and is right under my parents bedroom window. Last October, me and my cousin Dan, whos 17 decided it would be fun to try and jump out the bedroom window onto the trampline. We both did it and didn't get hurt, but looking back I can see it was a REALLY stupid thing to do. \Last week I was at the cafeteria during my lunch period, and my friend dared me to snort all the sugar out of a pixie stick. Yeah, it was really painful, Don't EVER do that. I'm sure I will think of more later.

That kind of reminds me of the Comet at Hersheypark. Its queue line gets huge really fast and fills most, if not all, of the switchbacks, and stays that way for the entire day, at least everytime I've been there.

Adding a virtual theatre at Hersheypark where the Conestoga used to be. No one ever uses it, and the Conestoga was popular. Although, I heard Huss Rainbows are maintainance nightmares, so maybe thats why they took it out?

Theres a sang I've heard, "Whichever way an employee tells you to go, go the opposite way." LOL

It seems like you always hear bad things about Wal Mart, how they treat they're employee's bad and how the company is in general. In my town, there is actually a group of people who are against Wal Mart, and sometimes stand in the parking lot, telling people not to go. I personally don't like it too much, besides the fact that I can get everything I need super cheap there, what does everyone else think?

Your right about that, they rarely remove rides. One ride they removed that I didn't think made sense was the Conestoga, that was pretty popular wasn't it. And it was replaced by a Virtual Theater that no one goes to. Although, aren't Huss Rainbows really difficult to maintain or something, that could be why?

^Yeah. Great Escape doesn't have ANYTHING thrilling in terms of flat rides, and the only "good" ride is the Comet. And yet they continue to say how they have something for everyone there, when that is clearly not true. Six Flags advertises Wiggles World as being a "family" area. I don't know how Wiggles World could ever be considered anything but a kiddie area, your not going to see entire familys riding the 2[!] rides there. I think Shapiros view of family areas is way off from the truth. Thomas Town and Wiggles World are KIDS areas, not family areas. If you go into those, do you see entire families riding the rides together, and all having fun?

Wiggles World coming to Great Escape this year. Great Escape doesn't have one flat ride that isnt a kiddie or family ride.Last year they got rid of the only semi-thrilling ride they had left, The Rainbow, because of maintanance issues. It seems like Huss Rainbows have a bad rep for maintance problems.

I pierced my lobe by myself when i was 13, and I got my cartiladge done last year and I got an industrial in my right ear about 4 months ago, I like em all for the most part. What I don't like is having to keep them in for a certain amount of time afterwards so they dont close up, the cartiladge and industrial ones hurts like crazy IMO when your sleeping and you roll on your side.

I was just in Buffalo for a hockey tournament, and I went to the falls to see if I could see anything [only the ugly side though as I didn't have any of the papers I needed to cross the border].I couldn't see too much, but from what I could see there wasn't anything around that looked like it could be some sort of ride or something. So my guess is a simulator and nothing that actually interacts with the falls itself. On a side note, that area is actually kind of scary around this time of year because theres absolutely nothing around or happening, you can tell its such a summer and tourist town, everything was closed except the Hard Rock Cafe.
