i work out on a crossbow, (a bowflex clone) 2-3 days a week for an hour a clip. I roller blade in the spring and summer, hike in the fall and ski in the winter about twice a week. i could lose about 6-10 lbs. 5'9" 170 lbs.

i miss EarthQuake and Pirates. Thanks for showing those pics, Ted. DollyWood has an indoor coaster which is more like a dark ride than coaster. Blazing fury was a nice surprise. Conneaut lake has Devils Den which is not scarey at all. I'm surprised it still works..

Conneaut lake Park runs the Blue Streak Marathon every year. I haven't done it. They raise money for maintenance costs for the coaster that way. Even w/the refurb'd trains, it'd still hurt over the long haul...

Tuesday... well, better than monday...

Cleveland guy here: Stuff to do in Cleveland: MetroParks Z00, Cleveland Museum of Art, Rock & Roll hall of fame (never been there...) about a billion places to eat and shop. Natural History Museum. Inventure Place: Akron. Someone told me there is a COSI near Toledo, but i'm not sure. I'm drawing a blank on other things to do here but i'll add more over time. If you need any directions to places in Cleveland, let me know and I'll have them for you.
