  1. This reminds me when I rode Expedition Ge Force up front during a hail storm. It was raining all day so the tracks were wet. The hail started when the train was already up the lift as the park does run the coaster in light rain but nothing really more. It was indeed very painful, but it was a sensation and a great memory. --James "And yes, I bought the onride photo" Flint
  2. I think it is still hilarious! Sheen was much more in your face, but Kutcher is doing a great job. How I Met Your Mother is still my favorite show! --James
  3. I personally think that it looks fantastic. I don't listen to someone that criticizes everything if they don't have an amazing park to back it up with, because then it just sounds like someone who will bash anything just to look better than they really are. This park is amazing! Easily one of the best. --James
  4. Just saw Paranormal 3. There weren't any freaky scenes like there were in the first or second. (Except the back breaking scene) I found the movie more entertaining and funny then anything. The rotating camera though made the scenes very suspenseful and was a very good idea. The Devil Inside though looks CREEPY. I cannot wait.
  5. This reminds me of this standup act from George Carlin, which shows exactly how I feel about "humans hurting the planet." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eScDfYzMEEw And Seaworld helps the planet out with their fundraisers that are made to save and help animals, I cannot believe anyone would have a problem with them. It's like getting mad at a wildlife preserve. --James "PETA is a joke, regardless of what anyone says" Flint
  6. It's called Natural Selection. The way life should be run. And I would much rather be the center of attention at Seaworld than be out in the open waters trying to survive. --James
  7. Europa Park has a coaster that is for sure in my top ten, and one that is sometimes. Silver Star which is 10th (when the trims aren't killing the ride) And Blue Fire which shares the number one spot with what was X at SFMM and GeForce at Holiday Park. I know a lot of people think most of the coasters are tame, but they don't have any bad coasters, and each one seems to stand out in way or another. This looks like it will be a great coaster though. I cannot wait! --James
  8. Thunder Mountain at night = Amazing Oh, and get Fastpass whenever you can, even if the line isn't long. The little amount of time you save will add up in the end. Have fun! --James
  9. Being that it has been a few years since I've ridden both Ninja and Big Bad Wolf (It might have been longer for Ninja), I remember my ride on Ninja more than my ride on Big Bad Wolf. As a matter of fact I think it was way more enjoyable. Big Bad Wolf must have not been anything incredible, even if the last drop was pretty OMFG! --James
  10. Well, it is Fox...close enough I'm sure all the people in PETA agree with you. --James
  11. PETA is seriously the stupidest "organization" in the world. I would be ashamed to have my name associated with them. -- James
  12. The Lion King 3D - 10/10 Being that this was the first time I saw The Lion King in theaters, everything seemed more epic. This has always been one of my favorite animated movies, and now with 3D adding to the effect, this and Toy Story 3 share my number 1 spot for best animated film. Hans Zimmers soundtrack will seriously bring tears to your eyes. The ending pride march is easily one of the most spine tingling moments ever that will give you goosebumps. If you didn't go and watch this, in my opinion you missed out. Hanna - 6/10 Kick Ass meets Indian in Big City. This movie was strange but is worth watching. I did really enjoy the acting even if the story didn't do much for me. --James
  13. ^ I'm done with this discussion. Let me end it with this quote from the Hardrock Park thread. Just because the professionals say so doesn't mean you cannot be skeptical. --James
  14. You do realize how many companies and businesses go out of business right? Just because someone has a project plan doesn't mean they will always succeed. ^ Have you ever been to Mallorca? Most of the people who go there aren't looking for a job at a theme park, they aren't looking to spend the day at a theme park, they are going for the parties and beaches. They would much rather spend money on booze, hotels, and getting to and from the island. It would be like building an expensive theme park in Las Vegas, people go there to gamble and drink and do stuff you cannot do at a theme park. Most people don't want to spend 50 to 100 dollars per person for a theme park when they can be doing other stuff. --James
  15. ^ My step dad takes tours out there all the time, and he says that out of the 50 or so people he takes out there, maybe 1 or 2 (if that) would want to actually go to a theme park. I'm basing my opinion off someone who has been taking tour groups all over Europe for 45 + years. And I'm sure almost anyone who has been to Mallorca can see how this location is definitely not a good one for a theme park. --James
  16. There are WAYYYY to many stupid drivers on the roads. --James
  17. I met comedian Josh Blue this weekend! He was a riot! We chatted after one of his shows for a short time, and got his picture and autograph. --James
  18. As far as I can remember when I lived in Europe. The people who go to Mallorca go to get drunk and go to the beaches. There are three kinds of people who travel there. 1.)The people with loads of cash who sail their yachts from mainland Europe and party. They would much rather spend their cash on expensive 10 euro cocktails than a theme park. 2.) The family who takes their annual vacation there. They saved money up for a beach hotel and a beach. Not a theme park. Especially since a lot of them are Germans, who have Europa Park and would much rather spend their time on the nice warm beaches since that is what Germany lacks. However, if the park had a very unique water park attached to it, I could see it working out better for this group. 3.) The teenage crowd who comes with family or in groups to get smashed. They would rather spend their money on booze and trying to get with the rich girls at the beach parties. I don't see it working out as well, especially since I see the park being very expensive to operate, which would make it very expensive to go visit. --James
  19. I dunno. To me, Cars 2 seemed rushed and not up to Pixar quality. If I remember correctly, they weren't even planning on making Cars 2 before Brave, but somehow it just come out way sooner then expected. I see it as them being forced to make it since Cars has made Disney the most money out of advertising than any of the other Pixar movies, so Disney told them to make a sequel so they can get cash flow again. I am for sure not trying to sound like an expert, that is just the feeling I got. --James
  20. It is most definitely not a stereotype. lol It is not unusual for many to drink at least 5 + liters of beer! If the reason you also wouldn't want to drink is based after the taste of American beer, don't let that fool you. German beer actually tastes extremely good compared to American "beer". But there are many who don't drink, but in my opinion everything feels more epic when you are loaded off beer. God how I miss Germany! --James
  21. I guess heaven will have Macs before Windows. Win. <3 --James
  22. How I Met Your Mother no questions asked. (Cannot wait for Monday!!) South Park The Simpsons Friends Two and a Half Men --James
  23. The almighty Prowler. It isn't my number one, but I do have to admit that night rides were freaking crazy. --James
  24. Happy birthday Freddie Mercury! Easily the best singer and entertainer who ever lived. --James
