I was about to say the same thing actually. Any idea why they decided the queue should be the outside? If used to be on the inside when it opened, all the theming (if you can even call it that) is still there. They just don't run the wind turbine in the middle now. I don't know any official reason but would be interested to find out. The only thing I can think of is that the indoor area might have been getting too hot during summer, so they don't want people waiting in there. Just one more item on the giant list of things Dreamworld need to fix I guess... I don't think Dreamworld has ever heard of fixing things. I though they used to air con it. It also used to have a shaking room if I remember correctly. (I was only 8 when it first opened)

Amen to that - The only reason that area looked any good was because Dreamworks paid for it all, not Ardent Leisure. I also second both Martin Fantasy Island and Conneaut Lake as extremely ghetto.

AZZA29 you can get Reese Peanut Butter Cups at Toms Confectionery in Brisbane and they deliver! Delicious ^Maybe Melbourne is banished from getting Peanut Butter Cups, there's like 5 places within 10 mins of our house that sell them, and we're not even in a major city. Even one of our servo's (or gas stations) sells them.

Seaworld: The train ride that opened back in 1972, a year after the park was removed in 2008, there are still parts of the track all over the park and some of the bridges used to cross between areas still stand. Wet'N'Wild: Where the Terror Canyon slides were previously located you can now find the Constrictor slide and the platform for the zip lines. The Constrictor slide also finishes in the same pool as the former Terror Canyon Slides. Same as above goes for the River Rapids series of slides, they are in the position of the former Whitewater Flumes. Edit: The splashdown pool of the former Double Screamer Slides has been converted to be part of the expanded Buccaneer Bay Kids Area
