  1. Did anybody watch The Black Donnelys on NBC this past Monday? I watched it and loved it. If you missed it but are interested in watching it, they are showing the first epsiode again on Thursday at 10P EST.
  2. I saw this on the news this morning. I think it is stupid for the government to try to interfere with peoples lives on this level. Oh well, its not as if he has any power.
  3. Well, it has been Mel Gibson weekend for me... Braveheart An amazing film. Everybody has seen it, but I'll review it anyway. It takes place in Scotland after the king died without a son, and the king of England decided to take over the country. The Scots do not accept this, of course, so they try to fight them off. I loved it. The Patriot I loved this film as well. It is about the American Revolutionary war. Again, the king of England was charging the British colonies high ammounts of taxes while doing nothing for them, taxation without representation. They decided to become there own country, the United States of America. England resisted, and fought the war to keep them as British colonies. This movie was just amazingly powerful, one of my favorites. I have really learned to hate the English within the past two days!
  4. Word. Do you think jellyfishing always offers up a plethora of good times and fond memmories?
  5. Yeah...SFGAm opens later than most, if not all, parks.
  6. Lazarus, by my favorite singer, KT Tunstall.
  7. I will always hate this show because it stole Boston Legal's original time slot. It really is pretty decent...but I haven't been watching it lately. The Office is the best show on Thursday night anyway!
  8. 8/10 Sometimes things should be masked.
  9. In the middle of Sarah Vowell's Assassination Vacation. I'm thinking of starting Oh The Glory of it All after that.
  10. Sunday, May 5. 10A-8P. You can find answers to questions like that on the park's website.
  11. Well, I saw this yesterday. It started out horrendously mediocre but got decent as it ran its course. I doubt I will see it again anytime soon, but it wasn't bad
  12. Ever since the water park has opened at SFGAm, it has been very popular. In my experiences, the water park has always been packed, with the lines in the ride park being an average of 20-30 minutes, usually less than an hour for popular coasters (RB, Superman, etc) which isn't bad for a weekend. So if you go during a month that the water park is open, then you should be fine. If the question mark means you don't know what Superman is, it is a B&M flyer. Pricing info/etc can be found at the SF website. Have fun! www.sixflags.com Edit: Forgot to mention...discounts are usually avalible on Coke product cans in the vicinity of that park, so ask your uncle to store away a few when they come out. I think they usually provide like a $10 discount.
  13. C.S.A Confederate States of America This relatively unknown, yet recent, independent film basically just shows how the country today could be if the rebels had won the Civil War. I remember wanting to see it in theaters but never got around to it and then eventually forgot about it. I saw it in Target today and decided to buy it. It was pretty good! It didn't take itself too seriously and there were some funny parts. A lot of it included real events in United States history, edited to be Confederate States history. They also included faux commercials in between parts of it, some of which were pretty funny. Overall, it was a good film, and I would recommend it.
  14. Gap jeans, AE sweater, Nike socks.
  15. Airplane! This was my first time seeing it in the nearly 30 years it has been in existance...I had heard great things about it, and I loved it. I thought it was hilarious. I also watched Bridget Jone's Diary yesterday and thought it was decent.
  16. I dreamt that I was driving down a straight road in the woods and a truck with a large leather chair growing out the side hit me.
  17. Depends on my mood...I like New York City for theater and other stuff you can really only get in a large city such as that, small coastal towns in Florida for quiet and relaxation, and Cnetral California (Big Sur, etc) for the beauty of it. There are a ton of places that I have not been to that I would love to visit though.
  18. The Science of Sleep It was really weird and confusing, yet it was also fantastic. I liked it a lot. I had no idea it was going to be mostly in French though.
  19. Sure. Do you have a preference in news channels?
  20. Slow Dancing in a Burning Room, John Mayer. my favorite song from his Continuum album.
  21. I saw one episode of the fourth season and I hated it, but I will watch the last epsiode just because. I liked seasons 1-2, didn't like the third season, but it was a lot better than the episode I saw of the 4th.
  22. Hollister jeans, Green/blue American Eagle polo, Brown American Eagle shoes, blue Quicksilver jacket.
  23. I hear Canada is lovely this time of year.
  24. I got a monster paper cut one time. Hurt like hell. No broken bones or car accidents have ever happened to me...I can't say I ever ever been hurt badly, ever.
