About Boss, where did you ride? I rode in the front seat on opening day, it wasn't bad. They did retracked it and it was a lot better. I haven't been back since opening day, but will be back on the 13th to ride EK. As for the name change, someone said it was around 1996. I personally love this park. It used to be tied for first between Indy Beach and Holiday world for the my favorite, but Indy Beach dropped out of that.

SFKK Northwest Territory

In May of 2007 after HWN, I went to SFKK. I first rode TT and didn't think it was that bad. It was rough, but doable. I then rode TR with the PTC's and it was horrible, my back hurt for days after. If it had work, yes, it could be a better coaster, top 10, doubt it. -

My opinion, between TT and Thunder Run, give me TT anyday. -

He did not say they were getting rid of the coaster, he said I'm pretty sure 2007 was Stella and Lola's last season.. TT was the parks best wooden coaster. The only people that know for sure what is going on won't comment or say anything. -

I did join a coaster club, but not ace, because of coaster events. There is plenty of them out there that are 20 dollars. I joined Great Ohio Coaster Club and the membership paid for itself in one event. During the GOCC Spring Fling at Indiana Beach, for 45 dollars, I got two ride bands, 2 hours of ERT, Skyroom Restraunt Brunch, and a sky coaster ride. Costs for the event was 45 dollars. To join was 20. Two ride bands costs 46, ERT costs was probably worth about 20-30 per person, the brunch had to be around 10 because there was three tables of food plus a omelet chef, and the sky coaster ride was 20 dollars value. So I paid 65 for coaster club membership and the club event and got 96 dollars worth of stuff in two days. I don't know what kind of costs ACE is (I think I heard membership is 50), but I bet they can't beat that deal for what we got. /off topic on topic. I think what the auctioneer said was a digg on ACE, but it doesn't take a genious to know that ACE wouldn't be able to afford to dismantle, store, move again, and rebuild a coaster. -
I got a new laptop, but got to wait till Saturday to get it up to par of my old one which is my sisters since hers and my moms desktop died in the flood.

Holiday World Expansion 2009?
spaceace12 replied to spaceace12's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
This is very possible, the few times I been there on weekends, the lot has been full. -
The holiblog had this photo up along with the caption Could this be along the lines of the great wood shop expansion from last year or the addition to the next park expansion. To locate this markings, this would be on the Highway 162 side almost the same area on the opposite side as Kima Bay. I am not sure what it is, or what it could be so all I am going to say is Aquatrax.

Photo TR: Holiday World - June 12, 2008

Yeah, that does seem out of character. Based on my experiences, I could sit on The Raven all day and never get bored or beaten up by the ride. If there was no lines, me too. During HWN, I sat on Raven for an hour and half without even feeling uncomfortable. I think a 24 hour marathon on it would be fun and very competitive since it is very re ridable (you know you want to do it Paula). -
A great way to spend my birthday and a crappy present

I live by the theory that things happen for a reason, God has a plan that he has mapped out for us and things just go along with his plan. We are hoping to get back to our old apartment complex that we lived in 3 years ago. -
Saturday morning, at 3:30am my sister was very alert to the rain. She looked outside and it looked high on her bedroom window. She went to the living room, the water was about 2 inches from the door sills and still raising. We immediately started putting things up above the floor that we wanted. We saved quite a bit, but lost a few things. My guitar got warped, but it still plays good. All the desktop pc's got water in them. They are sitting with covers off. We are going to try to get out of lease that was starting next month because after this, we don't want to live there anymore. Anyway, here is some pics of the apt. and some other places. Just because I felt it needed to be done. I put our American Flag out first thing. Water Level on the screen door. My closet Bathroom Water line on wall Front room Kitchen Moms computer Sisters room Dinign room Patio. Water level on ditch/levee protecting the neighbors neighborhood. Town South Plaza on Sunday And a national guard truck with sand bags.

It is my birthday, but yesterday morning at 3:30am there was water an inch away from entering my apt. and it was still rising. by 4:30am, we were leaving and water was entering the apt. We got quite a few things off the floor, but lost a couch, recliner and whole bunch of crap. Possibly a freezer and a mini fridge, don't know since this is my first flood and don't know what kind of damage those get during floods. I am also broke, no money for anything.

Whats The Weather Like Where You Live?

rain rain freaking go away! I am staying at my grandparents due to my apt. being flooded out. When I left 3 hours ago the water was just making its way into my apt. Hopefully we won't lose too much and be out too long. I think I might be able to stay with my dad if I have to. -
The Falling Star is down until they get new lapbars. As for Aircrow, I wonder if it broke a part or something. It was operating on opening day for a while.
