Front racer at pki...that ride inflicts pain :shock:

Im on the side of differences between rough and painfull. Roughness is nice on wooden coasters, but there are some coasters like the racer at pki (atleast backseat of the frontward side) that make you think you need spine re-adjustment...Of course, I was raised on rough coasters like beast and SOB so....

...I suppose the season isnt quite over yet, but my summer will be on monday, so my coaster season is pretty much over... *Best generic flat: Gravitron. Honorable mentions goes to Chaos. *Best old school flat: Spyder/monster *Best Invert: Hard to say. I rode Raptor and Great Bear each once this year. Great Bear has a more unique layout, but you cant forget Raptor's greatness...

Tell your favorite _____'s of this years' theme park season. I'll start us off *Best new for 2005 ride: Hades *Best wooden: Cyclops. Honorable mentions go to Hades and HP's wildcat *Best steel: this one's tough. I wanna say Vortex cuz of all it's sweet airtime for a multilooper, but I went on both TTD and SR this summer, so it could be a rocket... *Best park: CP *Best water ride: Congo Falls as PKI. I actually get some ejector air on that thing :shock: Honorable mention goes to CP's adventure river... *Best flat: Power Tower... Ill do more when I think of em...

Coney Island: ~15 minutes PKI: 30 minutes CP: 4 hours GL: Havent gone yet... SFKK: 2 hours HW: havent gone yet... Season pass park: PKI, though I'd prefer a CF pass over it any day...

Heheheheh...ONE drop you say? For me its like this: *Float down first drop and change seats (yes I get THAT MUCH air) *Bounce in and out of my seat for massive airtime pops while going through those curves all the way untill the drop. * Float down the drop, almost switching back to my orrigional seat, but not quite... ph34r my lightness...

First of all, during my visit I rode Zeus all over and didnt get airtime ANYWHERE! Then theres Cyclops...I think everyone established its ownage by now. In fact, its my favorite wood coaster, even better then Hades and Beast. PKI Dont get me wrong, but the only reasons to go there are Vortex, and a few of the flats... Last one that was actually WORTH it: CP

Because I know weve been discussing meetings lately, I'd like to tell you guys that I'll be going to PKI tommarow...If your in the area, feel free to come by and such...I dont know how long I'll be there yet, but I hope to stay into the night. M-force, yo Beast is spossed to be good at night, but I havent ridden it after dark in awhile...*needs to stay at PKI till closing some time* But still..Millenium Force is SWEET after dark...

Hmm...a Pennsylvania trip eh? Tell me if its worth it, cuz that one of the roadtrip ideas Im tossing around for next year...My alternate idea is to do a CF roadtrip...Also, have fun (duh)

You got on KK? Lucky....So hows the airtime on that bunny hill? Back on topic, I have to agree that these things are not overrated. I mean look at this onride i bought... (Im first row fully pictured on the right) Thats the first time I was able to get that kind of reaction from any coaster, and that was on my second ride through...Plus the cheering after I rode it. Again, only seen on Dragster and MF...

Either Adventure Express, or Top Cat/Scooby zoom. I forgot which I rode first...
