Cruising with Theme Park Review 2011
nay replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Yes, please - that was amazing! I still feel disgusting after eating so much food last week but I miss that and everyone so much! And we're totally having another coloring book party one night when you guys get here. -
I started going into the houses at 9pm on Friday and got in line for the last one exactly at midnight. Didn't get to do Bill and Ted yet. You'll be able to do everything if you get there early. Anyone who knows me knows that I get scared at these events really easily, but the timing of the scares was so off in every house for me. I'm ok with that, since I'll definitely be going a few more times, and it actually gave me some time to take in the theming and detail of everything.

nay replied to Hhappy's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I'm exhausted, bruised, and still full from beer, but had an amazing weekend! Thanks for putting together another awesome event. And I never thought I would have a coaster wheel on the floor of my living room. Yay Team Garbles/Mega-Bed! -

Theme Park Review in JAPAN! 2011
nay replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I saw the Duffy display in World of Disney this week and it made me miss Japan. But I still hate him. Can we please replace him with Shiriki instead? Or Chandu?? A tiger cub is way cuter than that dumb bear! Anyway, yeah, Tokyo Disney is amazing and that's all. -

I am still so exhausted and have the worst jet lag ever, but it was all worth it because I had the most amazing time in Japan! Everything was awesome, and Tokyo Disney was just a dream come true. I wish I could go back and do it all over again. I'm too tired to write anything else that would make much sense, but thanks to Robb and Elissa for putting together yet another fabulous trip!!! -

PTR: D23's Great Scanvenger Hunt/Pixar Weekend!
nay replied to Inukaza's topic in Photo Trip Report Archive
I participated in the scavenger hunt this week too and had a blast, even though it was so exhausting and brutally hot. I wish I took as many pictures as you but we were just too busy running around. I thought we did the best at Epcot and DHS, not too bad at DAK, and struggled quite a bit at Magic Kingdom. According to the results, we came in 94th place out of 520 participants. -

I got to ride it 5 times yesterday and absolutely loved it! The longest I waited was around 25 minutes, and the shortest wait was about 5 minutes. They did a truly awesome upgrade to the attraction. I don't think anyone will be disappointed. -
Great TR! I've never been to Hawaii but it looks amazing. I miss you guys!!

I thoroughly enjoyed this update, as it included a place near and dear to my heart, DisneyQuest. Though I have to correct you on one thing... It's Mighty Ducks Pinball Slam. But seriously, great update, as always! -

Very cool, I definitely need to see this show soon. I only saw Believe in San Diego and hated it - never saw it in Orlando. Glad to hear that One Ocean is a huge improvement. -
Eric & Kevin Experience The Disney Dream
nay replied to live2tell75's topic in Photo Trip Report Archive
Wow, the ship looks amazing! Sounds like you guys had a blast. Can't wait to see the rest! I saw a Disney cruise ship in person for the first time ever today, and it just happened to be the Dream. I was so jealous of the people on the water slide!! -
Agreed. Les Mis is my absolute favorite, and I was extremely impressed with the new production. I've been away from NY for a while and have been homesick for some theatre, but I got to see the national tour of Wicked last weekend. It's been a few years since I've seen that show, and it's still so much fun. Really glad I got to see it again!

I got to go there last week too and it was amazing! I wish I could have had more to eat than I did but I just couldn't handle it. My personal favorite, the strawberry/pineapple swirl Dole Whip. -

Summer at Walt Disney World
nay replied to coastermaniac's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I was there early June last year, and it was still super hot, but crowds were manageable. Another tip - If you have no interest in seeing Fantasmic, don't go to DHS on a day that it is scheduled.
