  1. Joey's looked a little mucked up (little green bar across the top) on mine too, but I still could get the general idea. // Windows Media 9 on XP
  2. Opeth + Kiddie Coasters = Genius! I am still trying to find just the right footage for Slayer's Angel of Death.
  3. I also remember a day when we were clueless and the first views we got were on opening day. With the enthusiast network that has been invented (thanks to the Internet), those days are gone forever.
  4. So far I am diggin on the entries from "Loopy" and "Arrowfanman". Excellent work guys! DailyBugle, your restraining order papers should be in the mail shortly

  9. The perfect compliment to any football game!
  10. Iron City is a "Premium" beer. If you want to discuss things that are nasty, maybe you should have a go at their Old German label. I would definately accept Yuengling as a replacement. Just had a couple Lord Chesterfield Ales this past weekend and they aren't too bad at all. Trouble is ... you cannot buy Yuengling in WV at all. I don't know if it is some kind of law, but it doesn't exist. The distributors market Loyalanna as a replacement, but I have never been too fond. // Hamms is my personal worst
  11. Very true. I picked the back wall for it's "springyness" as to not upset the car, but never thought about someone crushing me on the return. And yes ... it hurt like hell! I have been rearended a couple times while driving and I don't think they held a candle to the whiplash that resulted. In other words ... don't try this at home. Ever!
  12. Damn. Just looking at Raging Spirits makes my neck hurt. Why on earth would they use non-trailered trains?
  13. I have a great story regarding Knoebels' Skooters. This year at PPP, there was a guy on Saturday night (I don't think he was quite all there) who was driving in circles, going the wrong way and running straight into the walls. Over the course of the session he never managed to complete even one lap. Hilarious. Well .... the next day, I was be stupid and emulating his performance from the previous night. I got to one end and ran right into the wall and them BAM! What happened then is when I sprung off the wall, Kathy Lyons' son rear-ended me and sent me flying over the wall. The front end lifted up about 18 inches and managed to take a chuck out of the wall before leaving me stranded with my front wheels off the ground. The operator instructed me to turn my wheels but nothing happened no matter what I did. When he shut down the ride and noticed that I managed to get the front wheels off the track he couldn't believe it. Now try that with any other set of bumper cars!

  15. I would guess that the CP BEVs were taken somewhere around February/March. MaxAir is completed but they are still working on the midway next to it. It almost even looks like the concrete is still fresh.
  16. I also say rent a car. You should be able to find a really cheap compact. http://www.sidestep.com and http://www.hotwire.com are your friends.
  17. I don't think they will ever be able to recover. Their popularity has been going down for years and people just don't have the local pride anymore. The best case scenario would be for Penn Brewery to buy their lovely facilities and start mass producing the finest German beers made in the US! Then everyone can see for themselves how good Penn Gold and Weizen really are.
  18. Excellent. That is one of my faves. Have you got any Mad Elf for the holidays yet?
  19. Christmas Story Christmas Vacation Miracle on 34th Street Bad Santa
  20. Now I am starting to really feel old (I know I am not THAT old) because I remember the day it happened. I believe I was at the local library when I first found out. To make matters even worse, I really believe that he was getting back to the top of his game. If you get the chance, grab a copy of "Double Fantasy" and listen for yourself. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Double_Fantasy
  21. I believe it. Do you know where they are now? Bullet has officially become my "one that got away"
