At Carowinds one of the two stations is still standing from the skyride. If you go into the boardwalk "area" of the park (near Ricochet) you'll find the shark hanging from the scale. Just above that is the station for the skyway. When I last went to KD i also saw the Haunted River and the station for the smurf ride. However, im not sure if I was just seeing things, but I believe you can see part of the track while in line for the front row of volcano if you turn around and look back at the mountain about 10 feet up.

Yes we do need something new, thats for sure. I personally think we should get something added to the thrill zone area of the park, afterall there is a lot of room back behind hurler that is completely undeveloped. Aside from something big, i believe we could use a couple of flat rides like a top spin and a huss frisbee also.

Going back to the hyper, I think we could use a hyper or a rocket coaster. Either way we desperately need something. Even though carowinds is only a regional park, whenever i talk to my friends, or people at school about carowinds they always talk about how we need to add something new to the park.

The concept makes sense, but it will never work. If someone really needs to know who is posting certain information, they should stop posting on that site, or contact an admin. Charging the site owner is not going to solve any problems

um..... never? maybe 11 minutes, but not 11 hours... When was the last time you rode a coaster? (seeing as the season is about to begin)

I saw 6 red spikes running V1.7, two being vertical. IMO you need to work on your banking a little bit more, it was a little pumpy in parts.

The Yo-Yo at carowinds by far. A few years back we had a whirling dervish in the exact same location, it had much better capacity, it was visually appealing, and IMO it fit in nicely where it was.

It depends which flying dutchman you ride in my opinion. Nighthawk can give quite rough rides nowadays, firehawk is a different story though.

^ haha! It probably never took off because it looks as if it would need to be heavily supported, way more than that concept image at least. Does anyone else think it looks as if it were designed to rotate like the space ring rides? cant remember their name right now.

^ Yes. I havent been on too many, but number one is definately splash mountain, and escape from pompeii in BGE is second.

Overall this park is looking pretty good. Altho IMO the 3D spongebob and patrick dont look all that great.

^^ I never saw this unfortunately, but i was talking to this one guest at Carowinds one day. He told me about this one woman who was wearing a tank top with a built in bra on hypersonic at PKD. Lets just say her top decided to fly up right in time for the on-ride photo

They used to only have lapbars. Until certain incidents happened including the girl falling out of hydro at Oakwood.

nearly untouched is right, I passed by the park about a year ago and the entire park was literally just abandoned. I cant wait to see the outcome of this video tho, it looks pretty interesting.
