The theming looked really great in the video but of course won't take nearly as long as let's say a Disney park... It's not like they have to build a whole mountain... just some concrete "mine shaft" walls and other random bits. I don't see why they couldn't have it done on time.

Faller has announced the re-release of the Mammoth Cave dark ride, now known as Geister Tempel (scheduled for an August 2007 release) as well as several other smaller models. For anyone else who has built the mammoth cave dark ride, know that this version will include a new, smoother drive system that should be way more relaible than the picky 1994 version. I will have one of these upon its release and will be sure to track its building progress.

I agree... Never got the trick track thing... Boulder Dash has one and I can't help but think they prolly could have added another little air hill there instead.

Ooooo, I hope this walk thru is set up close to us when it comes to America. Sounds brilliant. Reminds me of "Alien Encounter" in Niagara Falls (now closed!!! ) where you could choose either the "yellow path" which was milder... or the "red path" where the aliens would actually grab you and attack you with feather dusters in the pitch darkness. Good stuff, really.

I got to ride it when I went to Knotts last May. Very unique... I snapped a shot of it near the loading platform.

Awwww... I was pissed when SFNE changed their tower from Hellevator to Scream but we at least had the one in KK. Booooo to generic names and cheap themes... oh well.

So.... what's going on with this thing? Have they started any construction on it yet? There's prolly no chance it will be ready by the time I'm in So Cal in late March, but one can hope...

There's definately quite a few parks out there where this ride would be considered 'great'. Hopefully it finds a good home. PKD has enough launched rides anyways.

OoOoO... very interested to compare the new Hulk to the existing one. The model looks incredible, should be a beautiful resort.
