Actually, I think that I saw a train go down the drop, earlier. -Mike -
Actually, it's pretty much confirmed. I was browsing Engadget, and I found some photos of the 360 Elites in production. I don't know if it's against the rules to say so, but I won't put in a link, but you can look for yourself. They'll be black, have a 120 GB HDD, etc. I, however will keep my white, Premium 360, thanks! -Mike

Am I the only one to notice that Elissa...
GMAN962 replied to Adam_C's topic in Random, Random, Random
I can relate... I hate braces, and am still wearing a retainer. Got all of my permanent teeth removed due to an error, where a tooth that was supposed to be removed got the roots caught with the roots of a permanent tooth. They had to take the rest of the permanent teeth out...but I think it looks good, though. Anyway, yes Elissa does have pretty good teeth! Braces do pay off... -

Yeah...I finally got to ride Sky Tower today! And no, the Vu did not open today... Batman was running intense, X was the usual, Viper was trying to kill me, everything else was good. Expect a TR later, but I don't know if any of you know, but the fact that Superman's queue is dark REALLY covering up a lot of problems, etc. with the queue that you'd see if the lights were on. -Mike

Do you guys like or not like this?
GMAN962 replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I happen to like it. It looks a lot more organized. I was actually contemplating making a thread about it when I noticed it, but I decided not too. I didn't see this thread, if it was made before I saw it... -Mike -

^Hey, you can't forget about the Zero-G roll! That looks insane. Curious to see that! They'll probably put up a mounted video eventually. That's when we'll really see how good it is. -Mike -

^I understand that. What I mean, is that even if they did start testing, I doubt that they would start full-circuit test, yet. -Mike -

It is very possible that they have started testing. Look at the webcam. The train is now gone. However, I doubt that they have started full-circut testing yet. Quote from the Construction Diary: That means that they are probably starting the testing as in "moving the train forward and backward to make sure the LSM's work properly. I hope that they start full soon circuit, if they haven't yet. -Mike -
Hey. No, you cannot order them yet. If it's like last year, you have to pre order them (I think it'd probably be around mid summer...). Once you pre-ordered them, you don't have to do anything, except pay for it when it comes. You pay for it by putting the money in an envelope that came with the order, and putting it in the mailbox! Easy as that. There's already a stamp, and address on the envelope! It's really easy. If you pre-order one when the time comes, they'll send it out when they get all of their shipments. As an owner of a TPR shirt, I can say that they are high quality products. I enjoy wearing mine. My brother has a hoodie, and apparently it's really warm, and he loves it! (I haven't worn it.) -Mike EDIT: They're also creating a new design for thier shirts.

Yup, I noticed. I don't mind, though. I'm just glad I got to go! I noticed it almost immediately, but I don't mind! I'm looking at it right now, as I type this sentence. -Mike

New Six Flags Web Site
GMAN962 replied to Top Thrill Dragster's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
While yes, there are a LOT of errors on the website...I like the feeling a lot! It's really a much more warm and welcoming feeling on the site. The colors, designs, and interface are good to me. Overall, especially for the effort, kudos to Six Flags! -Mike -
BOX. Boxes are a lot of fun, when you get a big one... Blue flash looks really interesting, though. -Mike

Currently, I play the drums. I used to play the guitar, but not anymore. I actually play on an electric kit, but yeah... -Mike

^I actually remember hearing that they were in the process of testing all of the electrical stuff... If you look at the Maverick Construction Diary, you'll see that they are testing all of the electrical components, but not from the main electrical area, due to not having the wiring done from the one in Perimeter Road (whatever that is). I think we could actually expect testing within the next week or two. Quote from the diary: Plus, they probably wouldn't have the train sitting in the station if they weren't going to start soon! -Mike -
When I went to Bash, actually, I thought the park was extremely clean. It almost seemed high quality, seeing Ninja Painted, Walkways cleaned, Thrill Shot running, Batman's fans spinning again, sound in Batman's Queue, Riddler's station cleaned up, etc. There were a few impatient employees, but it was probably the most enjoyable visit I've ever had to the place! I just hope it stays that way... -Mike

Well...here's what I have to say about that... They're probably not going to be going out forever. Just wait it out, then start hanging out like you used to, again. Easy as pie! There is a kid in my school that hangs out with us because he's another person's friend. He won't leave me alone, because he keeps calling me a gangster. (Jokingly) He's telling all of these people that I'm a gangster. (I don't know if they know that he's joking.) He's getting really annoying, and it's not funny anymore. All I say to him now is "Get a life", but he still isn't stopping. Any advice? No, do not use my screenname to call me a gangster. It was based on a character from the popular game "Half-Life". Thanks! -Mike

lol this is y i dont hav a myspace it all it cms 2 b cazing is problems like ppl hu tlk like this. I don't like Myspace, because it's digging itself deeper and deeper into a hole of problems. For example; I noticed that after last year, when Myspace became really popular around my school, I noticed that everyone there seemed to be getting more annoying than usual. I talk on AIM a lot, and go on sites like this a lot. It doesn't affect my grades because I don't let is affect me. I also almost always talk like this. With correct grammar, etc. Also, my parents raised me right! I'm sure that Robb and Elissa will do the same with Kristen. All things in moderation, if you are going to use it. I used to sit next to a "Myspace whore" in History last year. She said that after school, she immediately goes to her computer, and goes on Myspace for 3 hours. Hmmm, makes you think...no? I'm sure Myspace isn't that bad if you use it in moderation, but still, I like to stay away... Don't like texting, either. It's easier to call. -Mike "Old news to me, but it might wake some people up." J. P.S. Not trying to offend anyone, just stating my feelings about the site.

Knott's Great America

That name is so bad it's awesome. This is probably the highlight of my day! If you don't think it's bad, then do this. "Knott's Great America". Just say that out loud to yourself. It sounds HORRIBLE! WOW! -Mike -

^I personally don't think I'm being a "fanboy". I didn't have time to stop, introduce myself, and talk to them. They were on their way somewhere, and I was on my way somewhere. Others were obviously busy, and I wasn't sure if they were the people that I thought they were. I'm not being shy about it. I never said they were super special either. They're just people that I recognized. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think there's ANYTHING fanboyish, or wrong with what I said. I'm just saying who I saw, and recognized. -Mike "I Don't Get It, But Whatever..." J. -

^You should come! It's really worth it. The three most popular rides were open with little to NO line for 2 hours. They also grow in line size a lot, fast. So once you're done, you just go to the back of the park, and get everything else. It's perfect! Plus, $22.50 tickets are a steal if you don't have a season pass! -Mike
