  1. Sounds fun! But where is the tree? or the penguin!!!! I was loling literally when I saw those pics of the chainsaw, and still do. New favorit TPR pic. Anyway, merry Christmas (at least what's left of it). ~Mike
  2. My main gift that I got was A CANON SD700 IS!!! This is gonna be like my new best friend! (At least that isn't a living thing. ~Mike "Merry christmas" J
  3. Simply put: Brilliant. Who would have thought silly string could safe lives. The only problem is that they would have to spray them over the booby traps, it the sprayed it directly at it, it could cause pull on the string....I think. ~Mike
  4. Yes much envy. I'm so mad were going to Florida in Febuary and we were going to see a launch, but NASA put the launch back a month. Hey, at least you're going to see one eventually right? I would love to go see one, but we don't really go out of state/country often. Only like once or twice a year, it's usually to see or be with family too. It's fun when we do go though!
  5. Well, it's our tradition to open presents from family on the eve. Here's what I got. Money A wallet A Hess Truck (to share with my brother, we collect them) That's it. What I'm hoping to get tomorrow morning, a camera, and a memory card. ~Mike
  6. ^Exactly, it's not like X is one of Magic Mountain's MAJOR attractions, and not popular at all, it never has a line! HOw stupid of me! ~Mike
  7. She's got a point. X is gonna have a crazy opening. When X re-opens, Tatsu's line is gonna be like 5 minutes long, and X's Line is gonna be like 7 hours long. ~Mike
  8. This is such a great TR!! You also did not have to take out the sensor bar. You could have put candles on to of your TV, and played it like that. I hear it really works! Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go search for "cooking with joe"! ~Mike
  9. Mine is 5842 7346 0767 5306 Hopefully I'll talk to you all therre! ~Mike
  10. If it's anything like Toon Town at Disneyland, CA, then I just hope they don't put a Roger Rabbit's cartoon spin in. Being 14 years old, I must say that ride is almost disturbing, and I'm not sure if it would be appropriate for smaller kids. (i.e. In the line, there is some suggestive material, in the ride, roger rabbit getting shocked with screaming that actually sounds like they're being tortured, and more.) Then again, in other countries there are different standards for age appropriate material. ~Mike
  11. Depends. Do I get 3 layers of bubble wrap, a thick jacket, and a helmet? ~Mike
  12. IMO, the trash cans are almost a good thing. In today's lazy society, the parks make that many trash cans, because people are too lazy to walk maybe 20 FEET! If they don't have that many trash cans, then people would throw their things on the ground. Here's another theory that I could think of. More trash cans=less people needed=less employees hired=less money spent overall. if there's less trash, then they need less employees, thus saving them money and having the trash cans almost pay for themselves. Of course, I could be wrong. ~Mike
  13. Have you ever taken into consideration that if a company buys the park, they might have to buy the rides with the park. Who knows, that could be ADDING it to the price of the park. It doesn't mean it's going anywhere. Just a thought. ~Mike
  14. My park year was the best I've ever had. That's because it was my FIRST park year! I was recently brought into the awesomeness of coasters in May, anyway, since then, I've been to Magic Mountain 3 times, probably going for my fourth within next week or the beginning of 2007. I've been to Knott's twice, and going on New Years Eve. The highlight of my year is going on Tatsu, because I was scared to go on it on opening day. Either Tatsu, or my first ever looping coaster, Viper! Sadly I don't have any photos that would be good to put up, becuase I don't have a camera. I'll hopefully have one by Monday morning! Who knows! That's what I asked for. Anyway, hope everyone had a great year. ~Mike
  15. I don't know if this can be considered unsafe, but to me it's stupid. The last time I went to Knott's, Most of the ride ops for Xcelerator were fine. Like every other train, one of the ride ops would just sit on top of the front of the train. They'd stay there and talk to the people in the front seat, or possibly other ride ops for like 4-5 minutes! Then, they finally dispatch the train. What I think could be potentially unsafe is that, what if the ride op slipped off of the front of the train and onto the tracks in front of them? What if something happens to the train? I don't know, it just doesn't seem safe to me. ~Mike
  16. I'd say Wednesday for a few reasons. Like a few people said, they will be understaffed, and both SFMM employees, and a lot people who work elsewhere will take the day off after Christmas. Some of them will probably go to Magic Mountain. Hopefully by Wednesday they should all be back. I might go next Wednesday, going to go sometime ext week hopefully. Maybe at the beginning of 2007. Have fun when you go! ~Mike
  17. Hehe, I was considered "smart" ~Mike
  18. Wow....that was an.....eventful night...so I'm sorry, but who is the banned kid? Also, how did his parents recognize Jahan....anyway, great how you played Wii for 2 hours straight. That thing CAN be addicting... ~Mike
  19. That made my day. That was THE BEST THING I've seen all day. Great job man! It's hilarious how you were relating equipment to rides at theme parks, and it looks like the big one was so scary, you peed your pants! There was a puddle at the bottom! Anyway, that was just priceless, keep it real man... ~Mike
  20. At my house in my room, in my chair, at my desk, typing, and looking for a CD, thinking about "Phobia" by Breaking Benjamin. ~Mike
  21. ^Take video, man. When that thing collapses, my Tatsu-fanboy friend is gonna feel like he just hit with a baseball bat, and then go emo. All without knowing what really happened...I mean, I really like the ride and want nothing to happen to it.....but still, it'd be interesting to watch it fall in action. EDIT: I think that it would be both of thier fault. The land surveyors put the ride in the wrong place, but B&M built it, so in a way, they should have to ride under a certain type of "warranty" for the first two years. Like Ryan said, about himself, I am not an expert wither, those are just my thoughts. ~Mike[/i]
  22. Ghostrider at Knott's........It's gonna be my next one too. Assuming it's open on New Years Eve...... ~Mike Photo taken by me.
  23. Hello! Sorry if this was already posted, but I was wondering something. We just bought two 2007 play passes online. I was wondering, if you activate them, are you able to go to Six Flags parks in 2006 with a 2007 Play Pass? Thanks! ~Mike
  24. Well, lines tend to be long, but they usually move fast. Of course I've only been to Disneyland twice, and one of those times I was TINY. Also, I have not been there in the holiday season. Well, actually in September I went to Disneyland, but it wasn't really in the Holiday season yet. Anyway, I don't know the exact awnser to your question, but because of the holidays, it should be crowded.
  25. ^http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hanukkah That's Hanukkah. ~Mike
