Insane @ Gruna Lund with 2 people on one side, none on the other. Words can't describe how crazy it is. There's something a little bit petrifying about going up the lift hill while facing head first towards the ground.

Yay for bar photos! That was such a good start to the weekend, and I was in desperate need of a cold beer by the time we got to the bar. (I never realised how stressful driving can be in certain situations!) What was the name of place we were in again? The place with the eye on the wall and infamous 90's pop music?

^YES! I was really surprised with Flamingoland. A really nice park with some good quality rides. Yeah Mumbo Jumbo's line was a pain, but it's a really good fun ride and I do hope they work on improving the operations. OMFG Kumali ROCKS! A great first drop and you totally whip round the cobra roll. The best Vekoma I've been on by far! It was super smooth in the front seat as well (something I was not expecting!). Oh and I would have had a much better chance of getting home successfully on the booster bike!

I managed to see some of it on TV and it looked really good this year. I've been to T in the Park in Balado (which is this weekend) the last 3 years and now quite sad I'm not going this year. It's such an amazing experience. Oh, was there a tent where you could meet some of the bands? I know TITP used to have one but stopped a few years ago. Looking forward to seeing more!

Last gig I went to was Counting Crows in May. I've had been wanting to see them live for a long time and it was totally worth the wait. There set list was a little weak IMO but they put on a fantastic show. They really let there musical talent show on on stage. I would definitely go see them again.

^If only someone had told me before I had went on! When I first shouted to Lou "Something just touched me!" I thought maybe it was my OWN hand that touched my neck! We soon discovered that was not the case!

Loving the TR Chuck! It already feels like months ago since we were there. And that Ghost Train was the worst one for me on the trip! The live actor touching my neck nearly reduced me to tears!

Mmmmmmm! I like snacks!!! I miss the TPR Scandi bus.

The DVD's I ordered arrived yesterday and just finished watching Disc 1 of CEV.12. OMG how cool are these parks?! They're just so wacky and unusual, in the coolest way possible! Very different compared to any park I have visited. I really can't wait to get over there one day and experience it for myself. A fantastic DVD and definitely one of my favourites from the collection. I can't believe in just over 2 weeks I will be going on my first TPR trip!

Em yeah thats right, because we only got electricity in this country today...

I really don't like the trains. Personally I think they look cheap, tacky and remind of the metal floors used on carnival rides.

It's good to see a fellow Scot blow away people like she did with her performance. She does have a really good voice. And not all Scottish woman look like that!

The nights at the bar were truly epic! Talking to SteveC after him nearly finishing a bottle of JD is by far one of the funniest conversations I've ever had! I hope to encounter another in Scandi! And where did the balloon actually come from?

Divv, this whole TR was EPIC! Looked like one hell of an adventure!

I saw Emma Watson (Hermione Granger) in line for Air at Alton Towers a few years back. She was with a group of friends and two HUGE security guards. I was quite surprised that she was waiting in queues like everyone else and not requesting any special treatment.

Another great update Divv Phantasialand is one of my top parks to visit and the Stacker makes it oh so tempting!

That looks freakin' amazing! I may actually try to make this one day, though I really do suck at cooking!

^ Teachers is one of my all time favourite shows. Although when the characters started to change (series 3?) it lost its touch a little. Still really good though.

I collect Hard Rock Cafe T-Shirts. I have one from everyone I have been to. Have quite a few now.

Videos take a very long time to load for me, but I think this is more to do with things at my end than yours.

Are you travelling by ferry by any chance? I went on a couple of school trips to Paris and we got a ferry from Hull to Zeebrugge in Belgium. Oh yeah, you'll have an amazing time!
