[RCT2] Breckenridge Park
coasterbill replied to TheDarkMaxim's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
I really like the new Mine Train, I think you should paint it red and then it will look like it sells more souvenir T shirts than any ride ever built... Seriously I can't get passed how much those peeps love red shirts. lol -

I like Desert Valley, I'll wait to see if anyone else has some suggestions but so far that's the frontrunner. -
Sunset Valley [RCT2]

A new section of the park has opened, it's far from completed but it's sectioned off pretty nicely so I was able to open it to the guests. This section has a "South of the Border" kind of theme to it. It also features a new coaster, Rattler which is an Arrow 7 inversion coaster! Feedback greatly appreciated! Also, I need a name for this new section so suggestions for that are appreciated as well. The new area doesn't have a name yet, any suggestions? Rattler seems to be an instant hit with guests! The section also features a Bumper Car ride. Rattler is kind of off by itself for now, but that won't last too long. -

I love it! -
Sunset Valley will be the newest park in the Sunset Parks chain. With this park, I'm going to put more of an emphasis on theming (my other parks don't really have themed areas, just a generic, Cedar Fair-like look) but I also have big plans for this park in the thrill department. This will be my largest project to date. I'm planning on opening this park to the public in sections, the first section has been opened and has a New England style theme to it. It features a few flat rides and a Schwarzkopf shuttle loop named "Firecracker". Comments and suggestions GREATLY appreciated. The entrance area. When you walk through the gates, the first area you see is a walkway around the swan boat pond featuring various restaurants and shops. Firecracker is currently the parks only coaster. It's a classic Schwarzkopf shuttle loop and it's a major crowd pleaser.

Indian Point Ballpark [RCT2]
coasterbill replied to RCT2day's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
Awesome... I'm a huge Yankees fan, I try to go to about 15-20 home games a year. Anyway in the interests of staying on topic I think the surrounding boardwalk area is awesome, reminds me a bit of Keyspan park in Brooklyn (which I think has a new name now). -

I'm so excited for Hershey, it's a great park and they really need a Hypercoaster to round out their coaster lineup... this one looks like it's going to be amazing. -

Great work on the coasters, those que lines would make Fuji-Q proud though. -
Indian Point Ballpark [RCT2]

I'm surprised it's not a bigger coaster then. By the way... Renegades... Indian Point... I know this is supposed to be Buffalo but do you live in the Hudson Valley? It seems very inspired by that area. -

The suspended coaster is really bothering me. I'd get rid of the catwalk if you don't have custom supports to put there.. right now you have at least 100 feet of track unsupported. Also, for the Bumper Car building (which I love BTW) I'd change the front tiles from grass to something else (or put a path there), it seems weird having grass in what's obviously a building. Overall though I like this park a lot. -

Wow... that's awesome! Can't wait to try it out. -
Will you be spending any time in New York City? I strongly suggest it, it's not coaster related but it's quite the experience. Since you said this is your first time in the states and you're going into New York, you may want to set aside a few hours to see the sights. I suggest at least walking through Times Square and maybe checking out either the Empire State Building or Top of the Rock observation deck... you won't regret it. Also... if you're renting a car in New York and they offer an EZ-Pass option (most do) you definitely want that.

What is your favorite TV-series?
coasterbill replied to Hattuchili's topic in Random, Random, Random
I couldn't agree more. I hope they renew that for a second season, they're expecting a decision soon. -
When I was doing my Christmas shopping at the local mall I saw these things and I was desperately trying to think of someone that I could "buy it for" just so I could play with it. Sadly by the time I saw them I had basically finished my shopping so I never got one. I think I need to go out and get one anyway. lol

Project: Egypt (RCT2)
coasterbill replied to Jon Sabo's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
I know this park is really crowded and everything but for some reason I love it. One thing I noticed though... I feel like you can do more with those freefall towers. First of all, I'd combine it into one combo tower... it looks strange having them separate and then if possible I'd theme it a little more. Most of the park is really busy and well themed and those just look very "thrown together". -
