I get the non prescription sunglasses from friends and from thrift stores. I have almost 20 pairs of really strong prescription eyeglasses. Plus 2 extra pairs of high myopic lenses. I have a -6 diopter pair that I can see really clearly in. My last rx was -5.50 diopter left eye and -4.50 diopter right eye. I now can see very well in the -6 diopter glasses.
