CaseyFish Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 ^ I agree with guy. Flip your talent is great and I laugh everytime I see these. I know it sounds corny but I was thinking of printing out the one with Elissa and the whole group just so I can have you and everyone who is portrayed in the cartoon and have them sign it and then frame it. I find it absolutely hilarious. Can't wait to actually meet you during the midwest...I have a feeling your comics will only get better when you actually get to meet some of us...LOL....
Guy T. Koepp Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 Flip! Your going on the Midwest? Awesome. I should be able to meet with you all for a couple of the locations. It will be an awesome pleasure to get to finaly meet you in person. That fact alone totally made my day. Oh, is is possible to have that one with all the characters sent to me in a hi-rez format? PM me.
Homer Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 ^ Nothing will ever beat this on-ride photo... Quoted for the truth. Although that TTD Blubber pic comes close...
CaseyFish Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 ^^I am with Guy, again, what he said is it possible?
robbalvey Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 Yes it worked!!!! I've installed a mod that synced up this topic so you won't see those empty pages anymore! --Robb
thecoasterkid Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 Tomi man, this stuff continues to get better every time! I was honestly going to ask you if you were still working on these things, because it would be a shame to lose them! You've got a great talent here and like the others have said I can't wait to meet you on the Mid-West trip!
FLIPDUDE Posted April 16, 2007 Author Posted April 16, 2007 Thank you so much, guys! It's comments like those that encourage me to make more comics! in fact, coasterkid, people not responding enough is one of the main reasons the comics went into slow-mo. I'm a comment whore. And I can't wait to meet you guys on the Midwest, too! I'm really excited about it! Casey, I didnt know you were going! That's awsome! And Guy, i've been telling you I'm going on midwest since day 1 And yes, it is indeed possible to PM you guys a hi-rez version, once my comp. gets back from the technician's. just for the record, thinking baout it, I have no idea how I should make my singature, in hebrew or in english? Homer, I'm scared to ask what TTD blubber photo? Well, gotta scoot over to art class! Tomi "Loving to be a cartoonist" Zandshtein
Guy T. Koepp Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 And Guy, i've been telling you I'm going on midwest since day 1 Tomi "Loving to be a cartoonist" Zandshtein Dude I'm 40 going on 41. I'm already senile. I can't even get my kids names straight anymore. I'll probably forget again, so in 2 or 3 weeks when I've forgotton, just play along like it's the first I've ever heard of it, and I get to finaly meet you again. Just remember, I still get as much joy every time I hear about it again for the first time. Guy "I should have had only one kid, so that way I can just call him hey you and he would come to me." Koepp
FLIPDUDE Posted April 16, 2007 Author Posted April 16, 2007 ^Rofl! Also, thanks Robb for finally fixing that pesky bug! it probably had a decpaitating effect on my readership. As for me making awsomer comics after the trip... probably so but dont expect it to be for very long. my comic world hits a brick wall Oct. 7th. Dont know how much spare computer time I'll have in the army. I'm glad you guys like the Kristen drawing so much, it was a whole lot of work(not to mention I realized I have almost as many characters as I do strips!) I have done too many strips lately... I need to get cracking on a Fakeland photo TR.
mummyjohn Posted April 17, 2007 Posted April 17, 2007 I haven't seen a post from Guy in forever! 8 weeks all the way!
Guy T. Koepp Posted April 17, 2007 Posted April 17, 2007 I haven't seen a post from Guy in forever! 8 weeks all the way! Huh? I post all the time. Where have you been? Back on topic. Flip you rule!
FLIPDUDE Posted April 17, 2007 Author Posted April 17, 2007 ^You're making me blush ^_^ The positive comments here have encouraged me to update the fakeland TR yesterday.
coasterfan200692 Posted April 24, 2007 Posted April 24, 2007 I like how you put an actual pretzel fort the pretzel loop.
CoasterExpert13 Posted May 10, 2007 Posted May 10, 2007 The Comics just keep getting better and better, they're awesome!
Guy T. Koepp Posted May 14, 2007 Posted May 14, 2007 How true this is. You should see the throngs of fanboys and fangirls that are waiting for the TPR gang at the exit of Good Tower. It's like a sea of coaster geeks ready to please us at our whim. Nice work FLIP. Very insightful and funny.
Guy T. Koepp Posted May 14, 2007 Posted May 14, 2007 Good Tower @ Disney/MGM Studios Bad Tower @ California Adventure
FLIPDUDE Posted May 14, 2007 Author Posted May 14, 2007 ^Rofl, I never even saw LOTR and I feel like there's a similarity there somewhere
Guy T. Koepp Posted May 15, 2007 Posted May 15, 2007 ^Rofl, I never even saw LOTR and I feel like there's a similarity there somewhere Except for in LoTR, there's evil tower = The lair of Saruman the White Wizard, and super evil tower = The lair of the Dark lord Sauron / Eye of Sauron.
FLIPDUDE Posted May 15, 2007 Author Posted May 15, 2007 ^^Possibl. I got to find somehting to do it about first. I almost ended up making one about paris hilton.
FLIPDUDE Posted May 27, 2007 Author Posted May 27, 2007 3 New comics posted! (Well, 2, but one has an alternative ending) I put the newer comics on the top of the page so you wont have to load for half an hour before seeing them.
