It was mentioned somewhere in the Tatsu thread that while construction was going on with Tatsu, Revolution was going to go through a rehab. Is this true? If so, what are they planning to do?

---- I wish!!!

At the very least a new coat of track paint, brilliant white, would be nice.

Who said anything about a rehab?

It's just closed during Tatsu construction (with a nice chunk missing).

I'd be quite surprised if they did any painting on the track (which sorely needs it)

I seem to remember in my Revolution thread that someone mentioned that it was going to get repainted for the new year. doubt if they remove the OTSR's though..

I think they need to restore it to it's original glory!!

I wonder why they don't just go with a Perilous Plunge style restraint. (simplified, however). I mean all they want to do is keep our heads back right? That does the job with zero headbanging. It's a capactiy nightmare on Perilous, but on Revolution it won't matter, not many ride the ride anyway!

Honestly, if only these themepark owners would see what we were saying, they could really make their parks better.

But I don't care, i don't bang my head on that ride anyway.

^SFMM is a park that irritably doesn't listen to anything but "How to be Xtreme!!!!! self help tapes."

What you heard about a refurb is probably

1) wishful thinking.

2) logical thinking.---which is why SFMM wont do it.

While although, I'm sure that Revolution is in rehab during the Tatsu construction. I doubt there will be anything that we'll notice done to it.

SFMM has never had a published rehab schedule. Just like every other new ride, they will probably repaint the areas around the new ride to spruce them up for the media and that is it.
