After one incident that involved all the riders to drown Gulf Coast World had to remove the coaster and it was sent to Cedar Point under the name of "Lake Eire Monster" and Cedar Point didn't allow anyone taller than 54 inches to ride it at all and Cedar Point ended up sending Jr. Gemini to Gulf Coast World along with the other kiddie rides that were in the in vicinity of Jr. Gemini. It was in the new DC Comics area with Superman; Ultimate Flight, Batman: The Ride, Superman: Escape From Krypton, Mr, Freeze, Batwing, The Joker, Two Face: The Flip Side, Joker's Jinx, and Gotham City Crime Wave. Two Face: The Flip Side moved to Gulf Coast World And was called Tidal Wave. There was a water ride at Southern Point called Aquaman Plunge, the parks Intamin Shoot the Chutes ride formerly called Tidal Wave. It was moved to Two Face's location. Across the way, There was a Vekoma GIB called Dega Vu. They fit all these rides in the small space because.... The newer Looney Tunes themed kids area was built where the old water park area was. The kids area was called "Looney Tunes Seaport" and it featured rides for kids like Daffy Diver, Roadrunner Express, Pepe Le Pew's Rafts of Romance, Bugs' Carrot Cans, Porky's Flight School, and Sylvester's Pounce 'n Bounce. The DC Comics area called "DC Universe" rides were Superman: Ultimate Flight (a clone of the SFDK version), The Joker (a Scrambler ride), Batwing (a B&M Wing Rider coaster), Batman: The Ride (you know what one this is ), Lex Luthor: Drop of Doom (a 500 foot drop tower), Mr, Freeze (not a "Reverse Blast" coaster), Superman: Escape from Krpyton (from SFMM), Joker's Jinx (from SFA), and Gotham City Crime Wave (a Wave Swinger ride). Â As a result of Southern Point being bought by Six Flags it was renamed "Six Flags Southern Point". It was the most southren Six Flags theme park being in Florida where there are lots of theme park, But Six Flags Southern Point ended up putting Busch Gardens Tampa out of business and Six Flags Southern Point became the only theme park in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area. The plans were for a B&M Giga, but they were too close to Canada's Wonderland, so they built an Intamin Giga instead. Six Flags had too much competition from Cedar Point, so local trillionaire Brian Shanahan bought the park and renamed it Southern Point. They added an Intamin Hyper called Titan.
