Not sure if this is what you meant but at my last SFDK trip I saw some ride ops kick out a girl with a leg cast right after they let her up the elevator and told her it was okay to ride.

Yes, Big Thunder Mountain at Disneyland. Then we had to get off and walk back under the mountain to exit, which was cool!
