JG-77 Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 ^ Ultra Twister. -The only one of it's three not to be relocated. -It's both common for people to hate this ride and for people to love this ride -Has a pretty intense inversion
joelwee Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 ^ Batwing at SFA. - This wooden coaster was manufactured by a company commonly loved by enthusiasts. - It only operated 5 years before the park went out of business. - The coaster then stood 7 more years before being demolished in 2015.
ThrillDude200 Posted April 29, 2018 Author Posted April 29, 2018 - Located near the beach - Opened in 1996 - Colored yellow
DarienPoint Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 ^ Yellow as in the whole track and supports are yellow, or partially yellow?
DoinItForTheFame Posted April 30, 2018 Posted April 30, 2018 - Located near the beach- Opened in 1996 - Colored yellow After going through 5 pages of RCDB coasters that opened in 1996... The only thing I can come up with is Mantis at Cedar Point?? It was partly yellow, opened in 1996, and kind of near a beach... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
joelwee Posted April 30, 2018 Posted April 30, 2018 - Located near the beach- Opened in 1996 - Colored yellow Santa Monica West Coaster. Next: - The world's first "hairpin" coaster - Spent time at 3 different Six Flags Parks - SBNO for several years before being scrapped
SixFlagsAstroworld Posted April 30, 2018 Posted April 30, 2018 - Located near the beach- Opened in 1996 - Colored yellow Santa Monica West Coaster. Next: - The world's first "hairpin" coaster - Spent time at 3 different Six Flags Parks - SBNO for several years before being scrapped I don't know about the "Hairpin" part but I'll take a guess that it's Flashback at SFMM
SixFlagsAstroworld Posted April 30, 2018 Posted April 30, 2018 -Opened in 2015 -Blue&Yellow colors -A term heard in hospitals
DoinItForTheFame Posted May 8, 2018 Posted May 8, 2018 - Red Track - Yellow Supports - 1 of the 5 coasters in this category.
cparkes92 Posted May 9, 2018 Posted May 9, 2018 - Red Track- Yellow Supports - 1 of the 5 coasters in this category. Intimidator 305?
cparkes92 Posted May 11, 2018 Posted May 11, 2018 - One of very few Six Flags coasters to open before Memorial Day weekend of its opening season (it opened in April) - Replaced a Dinn Corp wooden coaster - Was the first coaster built by its manufacturer
JG-77 Posted May 11, 2018 Posted May 11, 2018 You may need to think a little bit outside the box for this one, and this coaster is quite obscure. -Has fire -Never opened to the public, but did have a mini ACE event -Gives new meaning to "built in-house"
DoinItForTheFame Posted May 11, 2018 Posted May 11, 2018 Termite Terminator? (Or "The Termite" as I've also heard it called)
JG-77 Posted May 11, 2018 Posted May 11, 2018 Nope! You’re on the right track in some respects though.
I Like Theme Parks. Posted May 12, 2018 Posted May 12, 2018 Will Pemble’s Goal Boss Coaster (although it’s almost always just referred to as “backyard roller coaster”).
