^Yes, I think Laurie had the potato salad and told me I had to try some. I just remember overall very good food there, and now that I've found their spaghetti sauce at my local Weis grocery store it's all I use now.

As promised here is Hersheypark from September 2010.

My friend who I visited up in Toronto in May (the Canada's Wonderland pics) came down to visit me for the weekend. I took her to Hersheypark because she had heard about Fahrenheit and wanted to go on it. Then we also did the touristy stuff in Philly where I found out my old High School English teacher is now a park ranger at the Liberty Bell. Go figure! But onto the good stuff you came to see, pictures.

The main reason why we went to Hershey instead of other parks in the area.

Wildcat. I used to love this coaster. Now not so much. It leaves me so battered and bruised that it's not worth it.

Comments and donations to Coasting for kids are love! Next up will be one of the Teaser photos that no one has guessed yet!

Thanks for the PTR. Will likely visit this - and other area parks - in one of my future US stays...

But to Hersheypark I'll come for the rides and not for the chocolate...even if I'm VERY much into chocolate the Hershey ones have to much ingredients that dont belong - for a plain dark or milk chocolate there should only be cacao powder, cacao butter and sugar (dark) and add milk for a milk chocolate. Everything else is just obsolete. And chemical or artificial ingredients are a no-go for me.

Thanks for commenting. Sorry you don't like Hershey's chocolate but I do (I like all chocolate actually), so I'm going to take what I can get. (Yes, I know that most of it isn't made in PA now either, but it still tastes better from the park area than a grocery store).

Ok so what do you guys want to see next? Knoebels from July 2011? Some random Philly photos, or do you want to know where that teaser picture is of that Kiddie ride is from??

So this one was one of the teasers that no one guessed.

And I didn't get to ride any of the rides because they were for kids, and it was October and the pier rides had been long closed for the season. But they were still cute so I'm adding them in my adventures.

But here is the Bournemouth Pier.

Tried to get the self portrait with one of the rides. With the sun, it didn't work so well. And I'm rocking the ClubTPR hoodie as well!

Now you may wonder, why the heck I was in Bournemouth in the UK, in October. Well I may be slightly dorky, and a fan of John Barrowman. So I may have gone to the UK in Oct. 2010 to see him in concert. And I randomly picked Bournemouth as a venue because it was a town in the UK I hadn't been to.

So here's a Bonus Barrowman picture for you.

next up Knoebels July 2011.

Can we say *wahoo* 2011 Coaster season! Last year was the coaster season that almost didn't happen. My health and I weren't getting along, and there was surgery, and recovery, and blah, blah, blah, but by July, I was ready to hit up Knoebels as a test run to going on the TPR NE trip.

So here is Knoebels July 2011.

^You were there, I can't ignore that. At the time we had a good time, I'm not going to not include something just because things happened.

^Of course. I wonder what he learned from Droopy and Puglee, did he many any mention of tips or anything? Though that may be releasing secrets

Loved the Knoebels Pics! If I hadn't already been convinced (thanks to TPR) that I need to visit this park, this sure would have given me more incentive! As it is, I'm just more excited (and more impatient for my visit)!

^any time you want to come to PA, you can stay at my place and we can drive around the state, lol.

Which parks in PA do you need Chad? I need like 5 more parks in PA.

Always a pleasure to look at Knoebel's pix. Aaaah, I miss Pheonix SO FREAKING MUCH. Plus the Haunted Mansion. Plus the insane flyers. Plus everything else.

And there's something about those quaint little English seaside kiddie parks that is very appealing to me, in some odd way. Never been to one, but I love the look of them.

Great reports; please continue!

I still laugh everytime at Devin in this photo....what was she doing?? HAHA

Great Pictures!

That picture will forever go down in history as being one of the BEST on ride photos EVER!

$10 to Nicole's fund for being the first thread I visited today that didn't have a complaint about Fast Lane!

Seriously, I've enjoyed reading your trip report and it definitely makes me realize that I need to get to Knoebels again this year.

Thanks for sharing and for coasting for kids!
