I want one.

Created by California-based builder Tom Wright, the original set of modified bumper cars came from the Long Beach Pike amusement park's discards. Instead of watching them join the trash heap, he took out the Harley motors, replaced it with 750cc Honda and Kawasaki boxes, and redesigned them to pass city driving standards. His fleet now consists of eight crazy-looking street bumper cars (culled from different amusement parks), all licensed to give your hottest ride a run for its money.

Wow, that is very cool. I'm not sure I'd want to drive one around, but I wouldn't mind owning one. I'm actually surprised that they are street legal since they don't look very safe, and I don't see many differences between this and say an ATV or the little cars driven by the shriners.

Those have one heck of a radio antenna---I'll bet they can get stations from Europe!

Seriously, what a great way to reuse those classic bumper cars! If I could, I'd look into getting one.

They look like enormous rollerskates. Too bad they aren't making Bond flicks with Roger Moore--these would make for one amazing chase scene.

One article I found said 160 mph, but who wants to go taht fast in that little thing. It probably weigh less than a Honda Motorcycle where they got the motor and it is a 750cc motor.
