^ Hey its not uncommon to be the only female going to a shindig in the coaster world!

Oh... and please don't corrupt me to much I'm just a cute little innocent child!

I just realized I'm the only female going.

And the problem is...?

By the way, Cameron told me about the ticket, and thank you SO much.

kumba830, would you be meeting us right in the morning or a little later on?

There's no problem being the only female. Actually, I'd look like a pimp hanging out with all you guys! Oh and I'm glad you're using the ticket. I'd rather have someone use it than waste it.

^"More red lights, more fun"?

I like the way you think Dan.

I'm going on the 7th and theres a concert (Raven) starting at 7:00 so a couple questions since I've never been there on a concert day.Where are the concerts and does this pull a crowd to that area so rides there get a long wait time and ones far away get short wait times ? I know Raging Bull and big coasters pretty much always have long lines in the summer but do flat rides get shorter wait times? Final question, out of the two log flumes which one do you reccomend on a day when we are trying to get a lot in? And no, we are not getting flash passes because we just dont wanna pay for them.

Raven will perform at the SW Amphitheater. I think they start giving out wristbands around 10am, so I would avoid that area during that time, but then again I don't know how many people will show up to see her. If you're trying to get in a lot I would hit TDK, S:UF and Raging Cajun first. Flat rides will (or should) have shorter wait times, but that all depends on the crowd. The log flumes are iffy. Sometimes there is a wait, but other times its a walk on. I think you'll be able to get on all the rides you want though. Go with flow of everything and use your best judgement. I'm sure it will be busy when you go, but a majority of people will be back at work...like me.

^ For the flumes, both have been a 30-45 minute wait this year since it has gotten warmer. If you stay til close, skip TDK until near close as they turn off the movie then.

Have a great trip everyone!

Yankee Clipper closed down mid-day today. I never figured out what happened...

The park was absolutely packed today. It sorta sucked, but I managed to have a decent day anyways... There was a line for Hometown Fun Machine; I thought that was pretty epic.

I only went for an hour today and it was just weird. We got there at 9 PM (we like to go near close) and the parking attendees told us the parks was closed. So we took the back entrance (under American Eagle) and the same guy let us it.

I was amazed to see the ques at this point were already closed for Superman, Batman, Ragin Cajun and King Chaos (ride was closed.) Even more amazing was seeing a 4-5 cycle que line for Jester's Wild ride. We got 4 rides on American Eagle as the park, at least American Eagle, stayed open until 10:30. Not a bad night considering I only went there for a ride on Batman.

Went on July 5th and noticed the lack of enforcement of the loose item policy. Not only were the 2 employees at the entrance to Raging Bull not stopping anyone, the ride op was telling people to take all loose items with them. Seems to be a step back from the lockers.

Also on Raging Bull, not sure if it was the track or the train, but the ride is getting rough. I was on the blue train and you could feel the B&M Rattle after the first trim.

Not sure I'll make it all tonight. My game ends at 8:15, then I have a thirty minute drive up, need to shower, and then I'd be able to head over.

I should have called in sick today.....

Yeah its been getting rough, but I always noticed lots of B&M rattle for a while now on Bull

It was bad at the start of the year, got better in May. Then yesterday it was awful. Sad to see as well.

Just about to go for the first time; will report later tonight (maybe)!

I can't wait to see your TR. It was a lot of fun.

Dear GOD, that was the most fun I've ever had at any park. Cameron, Jo and Nathan, thank you SO much for today. 12 credits + finding Mr. Six + Buccaneer Battle + finding Sexy + Whizzer time + doing Batman in the rear = amazing.

Posted

Dan I gotta agree! Today was truly awesome...

It was great to get to know you better Cam. As well as meeting Dan and Jo!

Whizzer night ride was awesome, Batty was running amazing, I loved hanging out with you guys, Q-bots are hott, and I wish I saw sexy:(! (Although than one guys moustache was tottaly awesome!)

Dan, your quote made Mountain Dew go up my nose. Good job, its immortalized in my sig, you're on over 3600 posts throughout TPR now.

On topic, I've never really felt the "B&M vibration" though. I guess all B&M's suffer it to an extent.

Well, real credit should go to Cameron for that... right after we rode it in the back, he showed me his latest Facebook update: "Cameron Silver just did Batman in the rear." Now that's comedy.

And OMG, I wish I'd seen Curly-Mustache Guy again even more than Sexy. (The inside jokes will hopefully become a little clearer once my TR is posted!)

Curly-Mustache Guy = Sexy

Back on topic here, I had a lot of fun yesterday. I can't thank you, Cameron and Nathan enough!

I am a little disappointed in Viper though. It was running so much better the last time I rode it.
