A similar incident happened in Florida, a woman was driving with her 6-pack of beer in the passenger seat, and a teen mother was in back with her daughter on her lap!

This happened like 2 months ago in St Augustine. A lady had her 4 year old daughter and her older daughter in the car, but she buckled up a case of Busch beer instead of her daughter. A cop saw them coming out of a Big Lots parking lot (no surprise) driving erratically, and ran a red light.

actually, cans are pretty hard to destroy, so the kid would at least get to sit on someone's lap..
