Yankee cannonball Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 well, I got myself an iPod nano, and after downloading every red hot chili peppers song on earth, I instantly though of buying skins. Now, I customise EVERYTHING if it can be fixed for under fifty bucks. my guitar's pickguard, hats, nerf guns, T-shirts, anything! and because I have yet to find a RHCP skin, I found the next best thing! post your favorite Ipod skins, or your tricked out PS2, or anything customised! I will probably be posting a customized guitar pickguard within the month, or the spraypaint fest I will be having when I eventually get so hopped up on mountain dew I grab some spray paint and "customize" the sh1t out of every object in my house. anyway, to make an overly-long story short, I have way too much time on my hands

I used to have a blast customizing cars in Need for Speed Underground 2. Love Tuner culture and Lowriders, but too expensive for me. The creativity and imagination that goes into those custom cars is just awesome.

I plan to add some touches and possibly stripes. tell me what color they should be, and I will use wichever one is posted the most. I will probably post pics, to.
spaceace12 Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 I used to do stuff to my car, then I got some body damage and I wish I could get rid of it. Things I have done, CAI and LED bulbs in the gauage cluster and license plate. I had dreams of rims, exhaust, new interior, and custom paint. But money isn't there and I want a car with lower miles. I probably will get a new radio that plays cd's and works with my ipod.

CoasterExpert13 Posted February 11, 2008 Posted February 11, 2008 While I have yet to find the pictures, I had customized my old PS2 (sold it) to sport a metallic red paint job. I then carved out the "engraved PS2/Playstation 2" sign on the ps2 top half...this was no easy task, it took an hour and cut fingers. After I done so, I attached red neon lights on the other side, so when I put the system back together, the PS2/Playstation 2 sign lights up. Taking it apart to paint was fairly easy as was putting it back together. That same day I had customized my old x-box (no longer have this either...bought 360)...I spray painted the huge "X" on top of the system metallic silver, as well as the front and sides. The Cd tray door, the back and bottom of the system, I left the original black. Whatever I messed up or missed was filled in with a Black & silver sharpie! lol
Yankee cannonball Posted February 11, 2008 Author Posted February 11, 2008 ^thank you for bringing us back on topic. any way, I was gonna do a rising sun pickguard, but now I'm going to cover it in red asterisks (the RHCP symbol) just to be annoying I swear I am actually going to do this! I am also probably making some t-shirts with nef gun outlines spray-stenciled over them.
