A eurofighter would be cool. They could advertise it as "the ONLY ride in the Bay Area with a more than vertical drop!" The crowds would eat that up like funnel cake. Only thing is: eurofighters probably have a low capacity due to the fact that each train only holds eight riders, unless they could load as fast as Space Mountain at DL.

^ I haven't been on one yet, but they look (again, LOOK) pretty painful.
Eurofighters are very smooth in most parts. Dollywood's Mystery Mine is smooth before the tressel, and during the last 95-degree drop, and inversions. Its rough during the first helix if you are in the front. I don't know about other Eurofighters though.

Capacity would be a serioius issue...look at Psycho Mouse. I sat on the block brakes for a good minute while other people were getting loaded. Aren't those wild mouse coasters meant to run multiple cars (more than 2) at a time?

^Yes, but they dont dispatch a car until after the 1st goes down the first "big" drop. By the time the 2nd car reaches the top...the first car is already sitting on the blocks. Everytime I go, they always have around 4 cars stacked at once on the blocks. We end up sitting there for like 5 min.

If they wanted a vertical/beyond vertical type coaster with higher capacity, why not go with a Fahrenheit/Maverick type ride? And they could add a mid course LSM launch, increasing capacity AND thrill factor, and providing another feature the park doesn't have yet.

Farenheight's not better. 850 when RCDB says that Valleyfairs (same model) is 1000/hr. Although I doubt GA cycles 1000 through in an hour, I'd say it's around the same as Farenheight (which won't cycle through 850). And Maverick's only 1200. Even Top Gun is better. Mystery Mine is listed as 1000 as well.

I feel kinda bad...PGA got a new coaster for every summer I lived next to PGA (1998-2001), and ever since I left, coasters stopped coming. It was a great 4 years.

Oh so it's your fault!

Angry Gumball, in answer to your question yes, psycho mouse is designed to run a lot more than 2 cars. That is why there are so many blocks and millions of brakes all over it. They used to run multiple cars simultaneously and you didnt have to wait as long but they dont anymore. Now they are spaced further apart, dont know why they changed it.

Yea, just like when Survivor used to make you dance and chant.

They got rid of that? Good. That seemed really dumb (Although it was fitting for the theme I guess). I would not like to have to dance and chant to get on a ride.

They didn't get rid of it, it's just not very many people do it because it's a little embarassing. You don't even have to do the clap or the chant. Every time I go, all I do is repeatedly jump up and down in no rhythm at all and the sensors think that it's the stomping and so it does the water/water/fire thing. I look like an idiot, but it enhances the rider's ride (especially the fire).

Yeah, I the fire doesn't look that insane from the station, but you feel every bit of heat on the ride! But I can't stand it when they don't fill the station for chanting, but probably because Cedar Fair doesn't like theming for some reason.

Part of the reason the don't use the queue house for Survivor for interations is due to staffing. When there is no grouper they can't use the entire queue house for the guest chanting, stomping, etc. Hope that made sense.

I would so rather have Tidal Wave/Greased Lightnin instead of Survivor. It makes Survivor look like nothing. I miss it too much. I was shocked to see it gone. My favorite ride in the park. I rode it 8 times in a row w/o getting off. Anyone ride more times in a row?

A bit off-topic, but I've wondered if Montezooma's Revenge is the only Schwarzkopf shuttle still operating in its original location?

Oh, and about the 49ers, have they considered building a parking structure? That would save a ton of space.

^^ Aside from MR, Turbine at Walibi Belgum, and the "Shuttle Loop" coasters at Nagashima Spa Land and Toshimaen are still in their origonal locations.
