This looks amazing! Like Disney Dood said, some extra lighting will definately help, but even without it it looks great!

I actually just ran across your RCT2 TZ Scenery Pack, it's amazing as well! Congrats on both that and this!

THANKS! Okay, everyone...I need your help before I go further. I took some folks' advice and added more lighting on the lower parts...and along the portico where the queue will wrap around the base of the tower through a garden. Do you like this brighter more lit-up tower better? Check out the test video here:

What do you think?

Somehow you made RCT3 cool to me, something i thought would never happen. As for the lighting affects I think there awesome, but this is coming from a guy who has barely touched rct3.

Also are you making another vid like the preview one for those of us who dont have the game once the ride is perfected.

Thanks!! Yes, I'll be editing a full queue and ride video when it's all done.

question...do Robb and Elissa ever look at this forum? I'd love to hear their opinion of my ride so far...

I definately like it better, it's lights up the tower a little more while still leaving parts of it somewhat dark. The blue light is kinda eerie, which I'm assuming is a completely good thing for this ride!

The lightning was amazing! I've never seen something like that before, and it looks like you pulled it off great! Is that for when the train makes its final drop?

Holy crap. That is the greatest RCT3 creation I've ever seen! In the teaser and the newest video, the detail is amazing, and it's a totally great concept! The only thing I would change with the lighting is maybe having a couple bright, quick flashes of dark red in the middle of the tower. It would just add to the eerie effect the tower has. But like I said, it's AWESOME.

THANKS, guys! I've been working on the queue through the garden. It seems that the garden has been a bit overgrown and spooky ever since that fateful Halloween night back in 1939...the night the tower was struck by lightning...and all those people at the party...well...you know...

Where do you get those walls and vines (sp?)

And again - SUPER WORK

THANKS, everyone! The crumbly walls on the building itself are from Luckygirl's Harbor sets and the ivy is from The Cook's ivy set. Both are available on the Atari community forums.

Sorry...no new screenies tonight...had a class at church tonight.

Thanks! I do have several ideas for my next project but I haven't decided which one to do next yet.

EDIT: Tonight I started making the park file a bit more peep friendly. I added a restroom in the gift shop and here is a little outdoor cafe called The Moonlight Terrace.

Thanks, EVERYONE!!

The garden isn't so spooky in the daytime...just messy and overgrown:

Even a spooky garden needs a "gazing sphere":

And the finished cafe at night:

the lily pond now has some "little friends" in it:

ENJOY!
