benzo41190
Did anyone hear about the drop ride stuck 30 feet above the ground at Castles And Coasters. They had to evacuate the people in the cherry picker.
Carnage
That's not really an accident. When I hear accident I think of something more serious involving injuries.

Twister II
11 rescued after 3 hours on park ride Arizona Republic By Monica Alonzo-Dunsmoor Screams from excited rollercoaster riders could be heard in the background as a Phoenix firefighter lowered Amanda Phillips from a ride that trapped her and 10 other guests 30 feet above the ground for nearly three hours. Phillips,18, of Phoenix, was the last person to be lowered from the SKy Rider, a year-old ride at CastlesN'Coasters in west Phoenix that malfunctioned about 6:45pm Sunday. Greg Hertenstein, a park manager, said the popular ride will be closed until officials figure out what went wrong. "We never had anything like this," he said. "We don't know what happened." Riders are usually hoisted 120feet in the air and suddenly dropped for a free fall. Not this time. "I was just thinking that I didnt want to fall," Phillips said. In the rescue, she struggled as she tride to lift herself off the ride and wrap her arms around Phoenix Firefighers Butch Powers' neck. He dangled on a nylon rope in fron of Phillips while she sat on the ride. "I can't!" she screamed. She and Powers talked, and a few minutes later they were on their way down. She said she wan't sure if she'd ride it again. Antonio Meza, 26, of Tucson, is pretty sure he won't be boarding the ride anytime soon. He brought his family to the Valley to spend the day at the amusement park and said he doesn't think they'll be coming back. He and others onboard the foursided ride said that it jerked as it carried them up and screeched and smoked as it dropped about halfway before getting stuck. "It's an amusement park," said Mark Shank, 25, of Phoenix. He was also trapped on the ride. "It was fun, but, yeah, it was scary. I just need a cigarette, man."
