This topic/poll is about what you thought of last night's metoer shower.

Personaly I thought it sucked Beth saw 90 [wow] I saw 5 pathitic. If you have never been to this topic before ignore about the first 2 pages those are from last night's topic.

This topic is about how to see tonight's metoer shower. First you should get away from the street lights if needed. Bring a lawn chair and a blanket to be comfortable and dress warm. Take a little while to get your eyes

adapted to the dark. Look all around don't only look in one place.

The metoer shower is at 2:00 a.m EDT and visable everywhere.

I hope this one is really good. I remember in I think 01 or 02 I watched one and it was amazing. About 10 meteors a minute. It was the best meteor shower I had ever seen in my life. Some were actually so big they scared me. I was like "WTF ah Deep Impact (The Movie) foreal!"

I just did more reserch it's visable in North America, Europe, and Africa so

if your in Asia you can't see it sorry.

I saw that one. I went to my dad's because he lived a ways out of the city. And yea some really made you jump the way they came out at you. We literally counted hundreds of them. I'll make sure to be out tonight, unfortunately it's cloudy out right now I'm hoping it clears up.

The local news (Wash. DC) Said that they changed the peak to 11:30 to 1:00.

Dang, its clouldy. I can't believe it! Oh well, I hope there other meteor showers soon, because I've yet to see one!

i just saw 5 big ones in about 45 min. but I was in the ligthy city so I wasnt expecting to see much more.

 

Best thing was that I was with friends, we ate some cheese fondue and chocolate fondue with fruits and weeap cream. Delicious. Great friends, great food, great talk, and great wheater, what more can I ask for???
