Not only did they not win the one award they were nominated for, but over the last five years they've been horribly under-represented in the areas of acting, writing, and directing. Year after year inferior shows fill the comedy ranks. Why one of the funniest shows on T.V. can't seem to get any recognition is anybody's mystery. That Scrubs still has a following despite NBC's repeated attempts to kill it is a testament to its greatness. The Emmys are about as useful as the Golden Ticket Awards. /end rant Matt

I'm thinking about buying the Ragetti figure from Pirates 2, since he's played by the same guy who played Gareth, and putting him next to Dwight.
pvcoasterguy Posted August 28, 2006 Posted August 28, 2006 Honestly, I've never found Scrubs to be terribly funny. Yes, it's kind of a "he, he...?" show, but others are far funnier. I'm glad that Earl and The Office both won, as those are great comedies and deserved to win. If NBC could make more shows like that, NBC would be back on top of the ratings. Other things: - The Amazing Race won an Emmy! Exciting, as it truly is the best reality show on television. - Law & Order: SVU's Mariska Hargitay won an Emmy for the second year in a row. She is a very good actress and deserved the second Emmy. Unfortunately, 24's Kiefer Sutherland took the Emmy from the other lead on SVU, who also is a very good actor.

dragoncoaster1292 Posted August 31, 2006 Posted August 31, 2006 I was so happy when Marishka won the Emmy. I am a huge SVU fan, and I think she deserved the award. Although I think that Christopher Maloney deserved it more than her.
