They are all really good systems.

 

I got a 360 alittle after launch just because it looked awsome and the games. It has some really good games like Bioshock and Mass Effect. Then some overhyped overrated but good games like COUGH:halo 3:COUGH! But over all really nice systemNow 3 360's have died I got an Elite when they came out hoping they solved some problems. Its died twice! So my current 360 is my 6th. Microsoft = 3 Red Lights with great games!

 

 

The Wii is the only one I camped out for. Waited about 10 hours. I really like it. I like lots of the games and the Nintendo Franchses like Zelda Metroid, and Mario. SUPER SMASH BRO BRAWL! I cant wait for it. Im a huge Nintendo fan. I own a NES, SNES, 64, GameCube, and Wii. Handhelds I own are the original Gameboy, GB Color, GBA SP, DS, and DS Lite. Basically I buy it if it says Nintendo! Nintendo = Quality

 

 

Now I have a PS3. I got it because I was at my sisters house and was playing her husbands PS3. I played Uncharted and was really impressed. This is the first one that really impressed me. Then I played some Warhawk and it was really cool. Now I will probobly still get cross platform games for my 360 because at the moment they play better on it. Ive never owned a Sony system so dont know much about there games but looking forward to playing some.

I can only get one of these three: Call of Duty 4, Assassain's Creed, or Uncharted. What one should I get?

Dont get Assasians Creed I played it on 360 and it sucked!

I have Call of Duty 4 for my 360 and its really good. But I say Uncharted. Its just really good. Ive been playing all day because I got my PS3 today and got it. Its kind of like they put a movie in a game. Its very good. Good gameplay too. Its also the besth graphicaly that i can tell. Havnt played the others on PS3 but Uncharted is definatly the best PS3 game out. Its the reason I got a PS3!

6 360's, WOW, Ive gone through one, then when my replacement arrived I put it on top of my bigscreen and added the fanstand from pelican, and it has been flawless for over a year, I really think the fan stand has been a big help

 

As for the Wii, hardware wise, nintendo has always had great hardware quality, and some good games

 

I do not own a Ps3 yet, I'm waiting for a great reason to own one

Uncharted! Thats a reason to get a PS3! Thats why I got one!

I actually bought my first PS3 game today. I've had the system for well over 6 months (found it on sale at costco) and up until now have only really used it to to play Blu-ray movies and PS2 games.

 

I vowed when I got it to never pay over $50 for a game, and today I found a pristine used copy of the new Ratchet & Clank for $40. The one other game I'm interested in for the system is Uncharted, and I think I'll wait 'til after Christmas to buy used copy.

 

So far the only Next Gen game I have paid the full price for is The Orange Box for the 360. 5 games in one and well worth the price.

Semi-Nerdy PS3 question: Can it output wacky 16:10 resolutions?

 

I have a LCD monitor (1440x900), and I want to play games on that when the good TV is in use.

Connect the PS3 to the monitor and try the resolution.

I don't see any titles on PS3 yet that really capture my attention. But I have a new computer so that will more than tide me over until I decide which console to buy for GTA IV

^ The 360 is supposedly getting episodic content for GTA 4. Apparently they'll be "a minimum of 10 hours each." Either way it looks to be a great game.
