Vekoma Fan Boy Posted July 15, 2006 Posted July 15, 2006 You got that from Tusen Fryd didn't you? Me like so far. :
coasterdude5 Posted July 15, 2006 Author Posted July 15, 2006 ^Thanks! ^^I actually didn't even think of that until you said it, but yeah, they look really similar.
CP_RULES Posted July 15, 2006 Posted July 15, 2006 I think you should use ShyGuys's Alpine Villiage set on this park, though I know you dont like to use custom scenery, I think it would fit well. Anywho, this park looks great as always.
coasterdude5 Posted July 16, 2006 Author Posted July 16, 2006 ^You're right, I downloaded the pack a few days ago but it won't open....
Rouse Posted July 16, 2006 Posted July 16, 2006 That coaster is going to fall down. (B&M) support the cobra roll more, to make it look real. Look at a picture of scream's cobra roll. Also the last pic, the zero-G roll will fall down too.
goleafsgo Posted July 16, 2006 Posted July 16, 2006 yep hes right... and the overbanked turn on the last pic has a support that isnt touching the track...
coasterdude5 Posted July 16, 2006 Author Posted July 16, 2006 Yeah, I know, this is one of my first coasters with custom supports, so give me some slack, but I will definitely make it better! Thanks for pointing it out.
coasterdude5 Posted July 17, 2006 Author Posted July 17, 2006 **More Construction** The view from German Summit, only accessible by SkyLift. Demonium's better-supported cobra roll. The better-supported zero-g roll. Fallen, a heavily themed indoor gyro drop tower. It's structure is the highest point in the park. Monstrum, the premier launched coaster that uses a new launching technique, allowing the train to be launched from 0-50 in .98 of a second. The launch track. Danube River Rapids Oktoberfest More soon.
Vekoma Fan Boy Posted July 17, 2006 Posted July 17, 2006 I still like alot. And .98 of a second you beat dodonpa's acceleration record! Horray! Three cheers for coasterdude5!
coasterguy618 Posted July 17, 2006 Posted July 17, 2006 Good Job. I love all of your parks and I especially like this one. Great Job!
coasters 4 me Posted July 18, 2006 Posted July 18, 2006 Wow. This park is great. Your coasters look much better with custom supports. I dont know how you can keep up to speed with making so many parks at once. How many parks have you made/underconstruction now?
coasterdude5 Posted July 19, 2006 Author Posted July 19, 2006 ^Thanks, I just work a little bit each day. (These parks are old, I just stagger the updates, I'm already finishing up both of them!) Here's a list of all my parks.
broadwayjunkie92 Posted July 19, 2006 Posted July 19, 2006 Where did you come up with the name Geboldi?
coasterdude5 Posted July 19, 2006 Author Posted July 19, 2006 Just popped into my head one day, truthfully.
coasterdude5 Posted July 19, 2006 Author Posted July 19, 2006 **Grand Opening** People! Demonium's tiny lifthill. and big drop! Cobra roll Monstrum's drop. Update: Monstrum is having severe downtime due to its new launching system, more updates as I receive them. Due to the one train operation, Monstrum has pretty long lines. German Summit was packed most of the day. Cool shot. Construction! Next Update: New Attraction Announced!!
goleafsgo Posted July 19, 2006 Posted July 19, 2006 how long is Demonium? is there anything after the brake run?
pvcoasterguy Posted July 19, 2006 Posted July 19, 2006 Wow! Your parks are really great! Keep up the good work!
coasterdude5 Posted July 19, 2006 Author Posted July 19, 2006 how long is Demonium? is there anything after the brake run? No, just turns and drops into another brake run. I kinda like it short, the speed stays until the end! As for the next ride, I doubt it will be a hyper. Geboldi hasn't put up a construction wall or anything. All you can see from German Summit is a massive concrete foundation and alot of footers. So my bet is an indoor ride of some kind.
coasterdude5 Posted July 21, 2006 Author Posted July 21, 2006 **ANNOUNCEMENT** Oberhaus Gebold unvelied plans today for a massive indoor/outdoor attraction for their newest park, German Gardens. "We love themed attractions," said Dean Geboldi, "and this one just adds to our collection." The ride is the centerpiece for a new area in the park titled Ober Germany. The area will also connect German Summit, allowing for two ways to get to the summit. Geboldi is releasing few details about the new attraction, stating they want the experience to be a "surprise". They have revealed that there will be an eight story vertical drop. "This ride is one-of-a-kind," says Geboldi, "it will be a thrilling, yet family-friendly experience." A children's monster ride will also be added. Geboldi also announced the departure of two attractions at the park. Monstrum, and the adjacent dark ride. Monstrum's bad reliabilty is mostly to blame. "We made a bad decision," said Geboldi, " and we want to fix it. The new area will focus on Germany's present rather than past.
Vekoma Fan Boy Posted July 21, 2006 Posted July 21, 2006 Really Cool! And im guessing Overhaus Means OverHang?
