Finally well rested after a full day at CGA yesterday. Like most others have said even though the park really messed up the event I had a blast meeting new people and riding rides all day.

I don't want to sound like I'm complaining but when I was at the park the last couple days and took a close look at the ride I noticed something. I thought both twisting drops were suppose to be 90* vertical. From the side at least they don't seem completely vertical to me. Was it not advertised as vertical from the beginning?

As of today the whole ride layout is complete! Wish I could post pics from my iPhone as proof. Its way more impressive in person.

Not a single Six Flags Park? I'm I the only one who is even a little surprised at that?

Glad they finally have an official opening date. I work every freaking Thursday and Friday though. Of course it wouldn't make since to opening it when I'm off on Monday or Tuesday's. I'll be going next week to check out construction non the less.

I would have been surprised had they chose another ride besides Flight Deck. I would think they would know us coaster enthusiasts wouldnt be too happy on Demon or Grizzly all freaking day. I'm curious about how exactly all this will work. Do we literally keep riding without getting off? Must be closed to the GP if that's the case.

Is it normal to have vertical construction of the supports without even having track on site? Just curious.

For us coaster enthusiasts I'd recommend the coaster counter app. As far as games..... you can't go wrong with a little Angry Birds.

Stunning pictures as always Hanno. It seemed like just a few months ago that I had seen a model of this coaster in the IAPPA video and now it's the real thing! Another great reason for me to visit this great park some day.

I can't believe I've donated over $80 so far to this great cause. I'm also only $10 away from my goal of the min of 75. I'm thinking I should up my goal a bit since there is still plenty of time.

Good to see work being started on a parking garage for the 49ers and CGA. I knew they could finally work something out.
