  1. Thanks for the quick replies. And ummm, I just got back from the Jackson street pier and Cedar is still looking beautiful, oh my god. But anyway, I guess I will go to Maverick first and the Top Thrill, and then Millennium.
  2. Ummm... I just moved to Sandusky yesterday and I'm dying to go to Cedar Point, seeing as I can basically see it right from my window. But I digress, I was have been seeing a lot of Cedar Point threads and I just thought I could help cut down on them by creating a Cedar Point Faq so there will be no more redundant questions. I hope this helps, and I hope I'm not being ironic and redundant at the same time by making a thread that has already been made. But anyway enough rambling here are my questions. : How will the lines be the opening day? : Which ride should I run to opening day, Maverick or Top Thrill Dragster : Are there any single rider lines? : How strict is Cedar Point with their loose article policies? Ummm... those are my questions anyone is welcome to post their own.
  3. I was there today! Yeah, Scorpion's line is still like that past lunch, and Shiekra's line had the bulk of it's switch backs open today, they were running three trains. The line was thirty to forty minutes all day. Gwazi had the same amount of wait time as well, they were stacking so hard today for Gwazi. Towards five Kumba was about a couple dozen people away from opening it's switch backs. and Montu still had a short line, thank god. Pheonix had a full car towards lunch and Cheetah Chase's line was almost flowing out of the station.
  4. Well I'm thinking, becuase BGT already has themselves on that map with Shiekra, and they already have a slew of kiddie coasters and playgrounds they're going to build something huge. Something that will blow Shiekra out of the water. Something, like X. I mean think about it. They're competing with Universal, they already have one up with Shiekra, now if they only built a 4-D they could blow Universal out of the water. The money would come rolling in, more people would travel to the park, they could get an endorsment or whatever from American Airlines and boom, they can do anything they want. Then, after that they could built a hyper coaster by the animals and subdue the noise by burying the suports in sand. But I digress. They should totally make a 4-D, who's with this idea? And, if it's a water ride everyone's looking for, they could replace that one water ride that's mainly for the adults, you guys know, the one that makes the biggest splash. The name is not stored in my memory banks. Anyway, they could replace that with a Perilous Plunge clone except make it around 150-200 feet tall, after that, man everyone would be taking a trip to the park.
  5. I wonder how much you would pay for X on the moon, only three times higher ect ect. Of course it would be made out of cheese.
  6. Oh, well isn't that embarressing.
  7. I hope you take this as constructive critism: To me it doesn't really look like a vekoma, and if you were going for realism it's a little far fetched. But other than that there's nothing wrong.
  8. That is the number one coaster I will see on NL. Great job man.
  9. The Fog, I Know What You Did Last Summer... a lot.
  10. I know you say the coaster isn't physically connected to the courthouse, but could part of the coaster be constructed by the wood thats covered by the entrance logo?
  11. Yes he is, it wouldn't be a park without rides. Just be patient.
  12. Wouldn't it be so cool to have a spinning coaster like that with a zero-G-roll.Imagine your spinning really fast and all of a sudden you go into a zero-G-roll.That would be awsome, and very disorienting.
  13. I extracted it to plain RCT3. And i'm playing in a custom scenario but its still not there.
  14. (ride op on the phone) Yeah gurllll did you see her face?!? Oh no she didn't? That skanky h---- (rider cuts her off) Excuse me, I've been waiting to ride for 10 minutes, can you get off the phone and push the green button? (ride talking on phone still) Oh no this motha, you know what gurll, im a call you back, these people is trippin. (hangs up the phone) (walks over to you and "locks your seatbelt") Enjoy your ride sir. (and the train leaves the station)
  15. what if you downloaded it, extracted all you could and still can't find it in your scenary stuff. Even though when you go to see if the file is still there it is just perfectly?
  16. The most important thing that I can tell you is... don't where white.
  17. Tiki Island Is Great I Would So Totally Go There
  18. 1:X 2: Scream 3:Boomerang (at knotts) 4:The Zipper ( at the orange county fair) 5:The SFMM Season Pass line
  19. Hopefully when I get my playpass next year everything will be open. Flashback, Freefall, Orient Express, Etc.
  20. This would be for the Stratoshpere Tower. You board it at the base of the tower. And lock yourselfs into seats like Goliaths' at SFMM, but, it would only be one car, and it would be with OTSRs. So it would look like one of Goliaths cars. The track would be 2 vetical poles reaching all the way to the top of the tower. The side of the car would be attatched to the 2 poles. So the train would move up and down like a zipper on a pair of pants would. Anyway the ride would tilt back into a launch position staring up a the sky, then it would launch. The train would be able to move exactly like X's seats would move. But it would be moved by a computer instead of the track like X does. So the car could be flipping forwards and backwards as it went up and down the poles it was connected to. So you could freefall, fall face first, fall backwards all that stuff. Pretty cool huh?
  21. In line for Perilous Plunge and one of the ops starts singing My Boo. Everyone starts booing and telling him to shutup. Then we see one op just come up and slap him in the head. After she says in the mike, "sorry folks." It was hilarious!!!!
  22. Ummm... do you know how long it will be till media day?
  23. Perilous Plunge at Knotts, 1 hour and 45 minutes. They were only running one train and it was traveling at about 2mph after the drop. Everything else at the park had really short lines due to timing. I went on a Sunday last year in June. Got on Ghostrider first about 30mins after the park opened. Only waited about 15 for it. Then I went to Boomerang, 10mins. After that La Revolution, 5mins. Montezooma caught my eye soI rode that. Basicly walk on. Supreme Scream 10mins. Riptide, 10mins. Silver Bullet 10mins. Xcelerator 20mins. Perious Plunge, like I said longest wait ever! Not worth it for me. Then I went home.
