  1. Dude! Peep show windows for the spectators. You can watch the train fly through the main stage and the riders throwing their bills makin' it rain for tha talent!
  2. ^The cave tour is a 1 of a kind attraction. You have to explore the cave.
  3. ^Depends on how much you're willing to drop? If you make it rain, then the sky's the limit.
  4. How dare you. I take my strippers very seriously. They are doing the Lords work. And they should be compensated with executive parking. No one I know wants to have to hoof it out to a parking lot miles away after a long shift. My Gawd! Their thighs are already burning from working the pole all day long, not to mention the chafe. Nobody likes the chafe. Do you like the chafe? I don't. The last thing you want is to have the chafe turn to gig butt. And gig butt ain't fun. Granted, it's a small step down from swamp a$$, but swamp a$$ is right around the corner if you already have gig butt. It's a slippery slope if you don't take care of the talent. Cause the talent is what generates the revenue. And without the revenue, the park goes belly up, and you get no more new rides. So tip them well. Guy "Proudly supporting unwed mothers since 87." 5. ^Exactly. And they're gonna need extra parking for all the strippers they're going to be hiring for the season.
  6. It's not our fault. Magic Mountain named it.
  7. Full Throttle, Full Throttle, Full Throttle!? What is wrong here?!
  8. I want to take a moment here to thank all the kind individuals that always cater to my specific needs by adding nudity and/or strippers to their genius ideas. You all are too kind.
  9. ^This! Go all the way with it! Andy Kaufman style! Who will have the last laugh then!
  10. ^I'm thinking stripper dorms. As this thing will be running all day, the girls and guys will need a place to nap and make quick changes between trains.
  11. I used to do this all the time way back in 91 when I worked at the local NBC affiliate in Alberquerque. And we didn't have non linear editing back then. We were doing it using 3/4" tape stock and a Sony RM450. And serioulsy, with just an overdub it would take 5 minutes. We could even use our on camera graphics designer to create a slide that we could edit in within 15 minutes. For the station, this could easily be done and inserted into rotation within a half hour. Worse case scenario, they can pull the ad with only a few minutes notice. I couldn't care less how DW handles the issue, just sayin' these things are even easier to do in this day and age on my laptop. So if they wanted the commercial changed or taken out of rotation, it isn't that difficult. Barring any kind of legal issues, or contracts, it's usually a phone call or 2.
  12. ^Sorry, I should have been more clear. A million ideas. If I had a million Strippers, I would be using my hands for much better things than typing on my keyboard. Unless the words "typing" and "keyboard" were a euphemism. But in this case it's not. But if I had a million strippers, they would be.
  13. And that's why they should have strippers! Because that would be origional. Why no one has ever come to me for MY ride themeing ideas still boggles my mind. And trust me, I've got a million of them.
  14. Love being a season pass holder. Went to the park today. Arrived at 9:50. The traffic line turning off the road was 3 across and backed up past the Splash Country overpass. The parking lot was already spilling into the E area. Definitely not expecting that. I thought most spring breaks were over. No big. Turned around, spent a few hours in Pigeon Forge. Rode a mountain coaster, had lunch. Headed back to Oak Ridge. Love being a season pass holder. Hate huge crowds.
  15. ^No excuses! In leiu of Lightning Rod, the Ohana's require... ...wait for it! A Shubbery!
  16. Whaaaaaaaa! We drove all the way from Nashville today to visit the park tomorrow and Lightning Rod still isn't running? But I saw a commercial on Monday and It convinced me to disrupt the family unit and drag them to Dollywood.
  17. ^Ooooooo! That's a tough pill to swallow.
  18. This is a really great park. I had the pleasure of spending a few days there last October. Awesome rides, great surroundings, very efficient operations and pleasant employees. If you have the chance to hang with some of the coaster club locals, take the opportunity. They know the park very well, and some are quite knowledgeable about it's history. Which is cool as well. I had an excellent time at their Halloween event and recommend it highly if you have the chance.
  19. Ooooo, that would be awesome! I am planning on getting to the park on the 26th of April. Yay! Eyeherp!
  20. When is it supposed to go into full operational mode? Do they have a date for that yet?
  21. ^You mean like not having these on line tickets? http://www.dollywood.com/Tickets/buy-tickets
  22. Yeah! That's more like it! Wow! it kinda crawls into the final break run. But this is a first test run. No water dummies, still kinda cold weather. Probably with the LIMs set to half power. I would expect it to run somewhere closer to the first video (minus the chipmunks) after it breaks in and they fire up those LIMs to full capacity. Pretty certain the bolts on the track are slowing it down too. As soon as those wear down, this thing is gonna haul A$$!
