Could Cliff's Move
Guy T. Koepp replied to crispy's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Considering how valuable that particular plot is. It might behoove them to sell that land and move the park. Even if they were to move 5 to 10 miles South, East, or even West they could grab a substantialy larger parcel and have money left over to invest into the new location. Can anybody say "Another new coaster?" -
Drywall!?

^Dosn't it always? -
OK So I have had some time to sort through my photos. There are alot of them, so I will do them in daily order. To begin, I arrived in NY @ 5:50 on Sunday the 14th. After getting my bags from the claim area I hailed a cab and had him whisk me away to Astroland so I could get a ride in on the "Grand Daddy" of coasters. The Coney Island Cyclone. As we approached the coast I could see it, and the Wonder Wheel rise in the distance. My blood raced and my mouth salivated as we pulled up. Well... If a picture paints a thousand words. These two say it all. My spacious living quarters for the next 4 nights. This room was smaller than my bedroom back in LA. By this time I was real tired! I paid almost $15 for a #4 combo at McDonalds, watched some TV, checked my E-mail and crashed for the night. Oh... To see two hot Swedish chicks bending over their luggage. This was the highlight of my miserable day. But wait! it get worse! My view South down 42nd St. Grand Central Station & the Chrysler Bld. Are 2 block down on the Left hand side. Tired and lonley from being without my family and not being able to ride the Cyclone I entered my Hotel. My hotel. Conveniently located at 42nd St & 2nd Ave. Right around the corner of the UN building. Cyclone... STILL CLOSED! NO CREDITS FOR ME! So I took a $45 cab ride to the hotel. It was raining in Manhattan when I arrived. Kiddie credits... CLOSED! Oooooo! The Wonder Wheel! CLOSED! Ahhhhh! Ghost hole! I don't want to be there when these ghosts are released. Ghost Hole? WTF's a Ghost hole? My curiosity was peaked. I had to have a closer look. I cried as I would have no chance to get back to this icon this week. The cabbie tells me that they always close it when it rains in the morning. To which I replied... "Mabey that's something you should have told me before I had you take me here! No Closed! Freakin closed!

Drywall!?
Guy T. Koepp replied to coasterlover420's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I guess I just missed the drywall thing? Did this happen before or after the lentil soup? I'm getting ready to do some drywall installation at my house soon though. So I guess it works. Alright! Drywall it is then. -
I had Italian lentil soup the other night at Romano's Macaroni Grill. It was awesome! No corn bread though. It came with Garlic Parmesian wafers. Mmmmmmmm! Yummy! Corn bread works just as well. Good stuff! I like it!

And don't forget to ride "Klotticoaster" / "Heisse Farhrt" on the way from Phantasialand to Holiday Park. BTW: more tons of Black Mamba impressions provided by Christoph Otten from freizeitparkweb.de: outstanding theming galore... Thank you both so much. I am calling Aaron this weekend. -

Good God this ride looks awesome! I think I might call my best friend in Germany (Who works for an airline) and have him book me a flight. When does the summer season officially begin and are the kids still in school right now? What other parks are nearby as I would want to cram in as much stuff as I could in a short stay? I have a purpose to go to Germany now! Yay! -

It was a pleasure meeting you Rich! I had a great time up there in NE. I look forward to riding with you again soon. I will begin to create a huge NY/NE TR as soon as I have a day off. This Friday. I have like 260 photos to sort through. Oh! Craigs Sister (Erica) is a total Hottie! With an ubercool personality! She's awesome, and she loves coasters! You couldn't ask for anything more in hot chick. ( Unless she was a brewmeister for Samuel Adams. ) Little side note. Any of you fanatics out there mess with my honorary little sis and her credits... you'll have to deal with me and KP! Guy -

Make up your minds, one person's telling me he has, on e person is tleling me he hasn't, Stitch, if in fact youre correct, why didnt guy like the comic? OK! Here is the true story. I was not able to see the comic on Thursday night as the connection was overloaded by about 30 opperators on one hub. I didn't actualy get another connection untill today. Thanks to Craig I was able to view it for the first time about 15 minutes ago. All I can say is... F'ing Hy-sterical. I love it! I am honored and humbled by your sincere dipiction of me. I guess I have finally made it since I have been immortalized in a cartoon. I think it's so cool! Thank you so much! P.S. Craig wants to know when he is going to appear in one. Lol. "get the chance to". I doubt thats gonna happen anytime soon unless the world's best amsuement park plops out of the sky and lanmds here in Israel. either that or I find a way to scrape up two thousand dollars by the end of the month to joint he UK coaster trip Good luck with both of those options. -

I have been known to hang with Team TPR every now and then. They are awesome! If you get the chance, I would reccommend it. They definitely make the park going experience a lot of fun. -

People pay me to fly all over the place doing Video set ups. I am currently being way overpaid to press play on a DVD player for CBS. Aparently they were very impressed with the job I did on the Grammys. I always tack on a few days to ride coasters on either end on of the trip. This time I'm visiting 6FGAdv, 6FNE, Lake Compounce & Rye Playland. It's not a bad living. -

I don't know about you guys, but I would go so far as to pay $1 a month to keep this site fast, free of advertisement, and DIO full. I might even go so far as to up that to $1.25 if you would dedicate a full page to Kim Possible, and a new boob credit database. I missed you guys for the last three days!
