I don't understand that. I'm not arguing the type of park Kennywood is or saying their attractions were falling apart and mediocre, such as a fair would be. I felt there was no atmosphere whatsoever. The Northwest side of the park from Thunderbolt over, with the exception of Racer and Jack Rabbit, was very bland. I found no atmosphere and the place did not interest me. Along with the fact that I had heard so much about their coasters...Phantom's Revenge has been on my list of coasters to ride since I've been an enthusiast. And once I did ride I was underwhelmed. I might add that I'm not the type of enthusiast that only cares for coasters, but only the coasters seemed to interest me and even then I didn't care for them. I'm not asking anyone to agree with me, just asking that you understand that I can look back and say I hated the park. Maybe I was worn out after so many parks, or maybe I hyped it up too much. Whatever the reason, I still don't ever want to go again. *End of what will probably be called a retarded emo rant*

Chuck, you are told about line jumping and that it is not allowed, but there are not set rules for dealing with the problem. It all depends on who you are a a person and who trained you. I was trained by a very dedicated and moral person so I was taught how to handle the problem, but other may not have the same opportunity. It sure is a bummer that the training program isn't more unified and enforced. Many of our problems could be solved.

We try pretty hard to stop line cutting, at least with my experience at DCA. A lot of the time the problem is the complaining guest's description of the person(s) who have cut. They are horrible so it becomes impossible to find the party and kick them out of line. Also, certain attractions have disadvantages to preventing this problem, such as Indy.

Ok Julie. I just didn't care for the park, that's it. I'm glad to have gone, but one time is enough for me.

I don't remember much of Kennywood but I feel like I hate it! I think Chuck, Dane and I just sat there and thought "Now what?". The park just didn't do it for me...I had seen it many times online and in books and was hyped up for it, but when we arrived I found a park similar to Beach Bend (fair-like park with a few major coaster installments) but their major attractions were crap, IMO. I'm glad to have gone don't get me wrong but the park was definitely one of the worst on the trip.

My roommate bought Brawl and it doesn't work. Nintendo says its a dirty lens and to send it in but...I have a modchip. I don't care about the game and its my Wii but he is trying everything to get it to work.

I don't want to contribute to making Jahan's P:TR even more off topic, but... While I can understand they don't have the money or large corporation behind them to help in case of a lawsuit, it doesn't mean they should be so STRICT. Disney can allow all loose articles on their attraction because they're designed to do so. The sides on CA Screamin' are purposefully tall to hold loose items. So I can understand large items not being allowed, but items in a pocket, or hats should not be issues. The ride ops should suggest you leave all loose items, but not force such a STRICT policy. Anyways, I enjoyed the ride selection at Holiday World, but the park and its operations were less than great.

Super Mario Galaxy. Best game ever! Really reminds me of Zelda: Ocarina of Time...probably my favorite game.

I saw Fall Out Boy in Log Beach last Tuesday. It was part of they're Young Wild Things tour with Gym Class Heroes, Plain White T's, and Cute is What We Aim For. It was quite boring, a bunch of chick-based bands and horrible hip hop. I like Fall Out Boy, but I was just bored of all the 6 year old screaming for Pete. And I'm more into hardcore music anyway.

I'm also getting the Wiikey, and I have a few games I'd like to try out...

No songs are playing, but I can hear my roommate talking to people on WoW and it's really annoying! I may hear his body hit the ground following the many gunshots to the head!

I thought Indiana Beach was quite fun, one of the best parks on the Midwest trip. I can't wait to see more on this coaster, and hopefully I will be back soon enough to enjoy the park again. TJ "Nothing beats bears and beads" MacLennan
