Because the English language is the only one that matters. Who decided to layout keyboards in the QWERTY format and why? -

Yea I get 100 FPS easily with this track. Good job on everything, it's really neat to see complete environments with a coaster. My only complaint is there was too much gray. Just a bit bland. -

I don't understand why the cables are not covered, it just seems logical to have a cage of some sort much like the chain guard on a bicycle. That's just me though. -
I walked through New York street today. I went on a walk and walked around the rubble. I got to what seemed like a dead end but there was a narrow sidewalk by the fence that led into the area. A security guard spotted me and helped me to the other side. It was pretty eerie to see cars and props mangled all over the place, but fun to have the chance to walk through.

They use cables in a loop with a piston-head like part in the middle. This part is in the air chamber and is pushed up and down with air pressure. Yes, there are cables. -
I think that would take the policy way too far. Many general guests don't plan ahead much like some of us may. For a park to not allow them to enter because they don't have the proper foot attire would be ridiculous to say the least. The locker policy should be "No loose articles, all loose article must be placed in a locker." If someone were to bring anything with them a ride op simply would ask them to purchase a locker, with the exception of open shoes. This exception, though undocumented on the sign, would be the ONLY exception. Honestly, this one exception is not too much of a road block in their dispatch efficiency.

Well that depends on when you plan to get there, how long you want to stay, and what you want to do. If you want to get the most for your visit I would suggest arriving at park opening and heading to Disneyland. Attack Fantasyland first if you want to ride those attractions. Fastpass an E-ticket like Splash so that you don't have to wait in a long line when it gets hotter. Just have fun and take full advantage of the Fastpass. I tend to head over to DCA sometime in the afternoon after lunch. The park is easy to navigate and blow through in a few hours. Then head back to Disneyland for the rest of the evening to see the fireworks and Fantasmic.

It probably wasn't properly maintained. Sure a sensor would help but it would be a lot cheaper if parks actually showed an interest and a budget to safely upkeep their attractions. -

I rode it with no problems and I have Vista. You probably have some cheap hardware, its not Vista's vault. -
Engineering intern at Technicolor on the lot of Universal Hollywood. I also am a seasonal CM at Disneyland Resort in DCA.

That's not even a good blend of "squirrel" and "meerkat".

I've been playing Mario Kart Wii and Super Mario Galaxy on the Wii. Pretty fun games. I also am playing Crysis on the PC and its is by far my favorite game.

I don't see why they wouldn't but I'm sure they will wait as long as they can to do so. -
I agree 100%, just thought I would explain that Disney, like every other theme park, has a budget to adhere to and therefore you're not going to see them running at full capacity all the time. Anyways, I too was at SFMM on Thursday and had a blast. We didn't spend the whole day there and still got on everything. My last visit was sometime last year and it was a definite improvement altogether. I'm glad to see Magic doing so well.

Yes, not sure why. Are you doing anything exciting tonight?
-
Why, because the Bible never mentions aliens. I'm not going to get into an argument, but you can't work in absolutes with religion. And I was stating that for someone who believes the world will end in 2012, you seem to pick and chose what you want to believe.

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull
TheBannedKid replied to raptorcrew2002's topic in Random, Random, Random
Also, many ancient cultures had one deity in common that was described as having an elongated skull, one who taught them advanced techniques beyond the their time. In almost every advanced ancient culture, there appears a similar great wise man matching Kukulcan's appearance. The Egyptians called him Osiris, the Inca Viracocha, the Aztecs Quetzalcoatl, and Mayans Kulcutan. This deity arrived and disappeared. Some have speculated alien activity may be involved. All I'm saying is that the movie is based off ideas and myths that are along the same lines as the ark, stones, and cup. One may seem more bizarre than the other but theres are stories behind each one. -
Shouldn't be a problem with you and your beliefs. After all, the world ends in 2012.

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull

It also felt like they tried to cover up a lot of the bad CGI with motion blur and dust. And I could never get over the fact that everything seemed to be on a sound stage. I just could never be immersed in the film and feel like it was actually happening. Though, I still liked it. -

I really liked it. I have a vast fascination with ancient Mayan history since one of my favorite books deals with the ideas in the new Indy film. Though I didn't care for the style of the movie and the over saturation they applied to the film, I really enjoyed watching the movie. Unfortunately it was not Indiana Jones to me (though Harrison Ford really pulled a good Indy image) and it was much more over the top than the others. Still, I liked it and recommend seeing it.
