I'd say most parks this year have opened with some rides not opening for the season, whether it's because they're still working on them or can't socially distance groups on the ride. I assume that SDL + Storm Runner have maintenance that still need to be done on them, or they're waiting on parts.

Super Manege was such a surprise to me, that first small hill after the drop was ejector! Surprisingly smooth too, it's sad they chose the spot for Vipere to be there, I mean theres tons of other spots it could've gone in (ahem, Cobra).

They did send out a survey for Fright Fest a while back, so I'm sure they'll be open after Labor Day, it's just TBD on what they're gonna do.

I don't get how malls are open: which I doubt they disinfect tables with piles of clothes people have touched after every person has even put a finger on it. Along with this, you don't get a temperature check when you enter a mall. It's so obnoxious that an OUTDOOR theme park, that has shown that they can be open with precautions and still be fun, can't be open, but a closed, confined mall can be.

How have lines been? I'm going for the first time in August on a mini-road trip.

Aw, I was kinda looking forward to riding that. I know I'm not missing out on much since it rides like a eurofighter, but still.

So the Knoebels website says Impulse is closed, is it closed for the season or just recently?

Does anyone know when more reservation dates become available? Are they updated weekly? Daily?

I would think that as long as YOU make the main reservation, they simply get added to yours, and your whole party is together. the F.A.Q. does say you can add anyone to your reservation, you just have to input their membership/pass number. so I expect this will not be an issue. eagerly awaiting the announcement of how they are going to handle queuing inside the park, and when I'll be able to visit SFFT again! Do we know how bring a friend tickets would work? They're loaded on your pass/membership so...

Has anyone noticed that mobile ordering has rolled out at SFOT? It lets you start an order on the app only when SFOT is your selected park.

I really wish someone would buy Mind Warp, that was such a fun flat. I'm glad I finally got to that park last season, as it was it's last season lol. (I know, shocking. I live in WNY my whole life and NEVER went to it till recently..)

If Six Flags were to do this, they have other Gerstlauer rides as well, this idea being brought up is like saying SFOG is removing Dare Devil Dive, and/or New Texas Giant is getting different trains.

^ Right? They chose to live there, if they didn't know they were moving near a theme park then they're oblivious and should've looked into that more. This man is joking, right..?

So is that closed schedule only for January + February?

Sorry, what? Also, it would cost less to not build it over the bridge, along with the slide, they'd have to level the hill, probably repave the path down there, spruce up the lockers in front of the hill, etc. It would just be easier to build it near Kahuna/wave pool/etc.

Just because the new CEO is coming from Pepsi doesn't mean he's gonna change it to Pepsi. It's like saying the Johnny Rocket's CEO becomes the Cedar Fair CEO and changes ALL the parks' burger joints to Johnny Rockets.

The scare zones lack, but they make up for it in the mazes, and there's always new actors/different actors in the mazes, I went through all of them on 4-5 separate dates, and there was always different people jumping out in different places. It is an amazing event for Darien Lake and I absolutely loved and enjoyed it!

How are Dorney's crowds during Haunt? I'll be going for the first time because I won tickets/fright lane through their PR. How even is Haunt? I've only been to Six Flags Fright Fest at several parks, but never a Cedar Fair Haunt.

^ Same with Lasso lol, some lights aren't changing at the right time, so some are green and some are red.

Every light on Haymaker is working, and they're VERY bright. It looks like they're redoing lighting packages ride by ride.
