  1. Memphish - that's great! As long as the shirt is funny, I'd be interested.
  2. I love the Busch names Kumba Montu Alpengeist Big Bad Wolf also: Dueling Dragons Nemises Tonnerre de Zeus Tower of Terror Raptor best use of product promotion in a name: Pepsi Max Big One (and the only product promotion in a name - that I know of)
  3. ^ it seems like they are already cutting back on it. Some water ride was closed when I was there (not the JP ride, but across from it). I couldn't find the triceratops petting area either.
  4. Blue Bayou in Disneyland is great. I love the atmosphere. Its an indoor restaurant that is inside the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. One time I asked the waiter how high the ceiling is and he said "What ceiling?". I love the committed cast members that stay in character. Holiday World has the best value food. They have free soft drinks and food prices aren't the usual theme park gauging. Green Eggs and Ham at IoA is great for the novelty aspect. Johnny Rockets at Cedar Point is a lot of fun. (there is a chain of them, this one is in the park). I also love the Coffee and Donuts place in Cedar Point. World Showcase at WDW is great. I can't remember every place I ate at, but everything I had was good. Usually, I try to eat outside the park, at my hotel (if I brought food), or any place that has decent prices.
  5. Fred Durst - Behind Blue Eyes?!?!?! I don't ever want to hear a Who song covered (and I might as well say "ruined" instead of covered) by *anyone* ever. Linkin Park - old after your 1st cd Dave Matthews - never liked his voice John Mayer - same reason as above Metallica - sorry Lars, don't try to stage a come back and take out Napster at the same time. 50 cent - don't care if you got shot Any "Cash Money" Rappers - why the hell am I going to give you money for a cd just to listen to you rap about having money? Doesn't make any damn sense U2 I'm undecided on. Their iPod was really pushing it. I want to see more of: Jurrasic 5 Venus Hum Postal Service Peter Gabriel Cold Play
  6. After I started working at theater at age 16, I thought being a projectionist would be pretty cool. It is at first, but its definitely not something you would want to do for a career. Running shows gets very monotonous after about a year; but if you are still into it after a year (which I was for a while) booth manager or technician is the career path you would want to take. Projectionist is definitely a nice job for a college student though.
  7. I wanted to design roller coasters all the way to age 15. After some research I decided No Way! I hate math, and engineering is nothing but math. I'm a manager at a movie theater now.
  8. Bo-Bo looks intense! My vote for silliest coaster: Mummy! igsmile:
  9. ^ *laughs* yep, that is the most evil song EVER
  10. I've been collecting keychains since I was 8. I have over 350. They are connected and haging along the top of the wall going around my living room. About 80 of them are theme park/coaster related. It almost makes me feel old because I can say "I remember back in the day why you could get a keychain at Disneyland for $2.50, now its $5 or $6."
  11. I haven't been to starbucks enough to try anything other than vanilla cappucino. I drink a lot of coffee though, I make it at home. Its cheaper and I get to play around with mixing blends and flavors. seriously, does anything go better with a donut than a cup of coffee?
  12. After I realized christianity wasn't for me, I did some research. I looked into Judaism, Islam, Hinduism and Buddhism; and I would recommend to anyone to do that - even if you are happy with your faith - its interesting just to learn about them. Then I realized I didn't believe in a linear or cyclic religions - so that pretty much left me out of choices for any religion at all. Now I'm agnostic.
  13. ^ hell yea, Halo is already a classic my gamertag: Dr Freeze
  14. I had my first WDW trip in decemenber and that damn Imagination song was stuck in my head for half of it. So that ride gets my vote. My friends said the previous version they went on was much better (they went a few years ago). I refused to go on Tiki room with Gilbert Godfried.
  15. I really don't think they can be compared. It is comparing 4 parks, and 2 water parks against just 2 parks. I want to know what people think in a ride vs ride way. Is the WDW or DLR version better... Tower of Terror Space Mountain Big Thunder Pirates Haunted Mansion Tea Cups Autopia vs Indy Speedway Indian Jones vs Dinosaur (ok, thats an easy one)
  16. ehh maybe - but I'm too lazy for that and I don't think too many people know what the Asus company is
  17. *if you know the brand name, please don't tell* ok, here it is:
  18. ^ excellent! I heard about the SNL incident but I never saw it. thanks I think SNL was worse. She didn't even perform! She just did a stupid dance for 10 seconds and left.
  19. I don't ask for much. Truth be told I'd settle for a life less frightening.
  20. Couple quesitons: So does drinking beer out of the can or glass affect the taste? I just turned 21 on the 8th - still somewhat of a newbie. So far I like Dos Equis, Corona, Original Coors, and I would agree, Guinness is the best.
  21. They should still have Hercules if they are going to name something "Hydra." But maybe they are saying Hydra got its revenge by getting rid of Hercules? If so, this park is *really* into mythology.
  22. I can't decide. Son of Beast at PKI Ninja at SFOG Villain at Geauga Lake any Vekoma SLC!
  23. I really don't understand why they couldn't at least *paint over* the white parking lines. I'm sure you could get enought paint for it with only $50 - come on Six Flags, cough up a buck ya cheap bastard.
