CoasterExpert13 replied to MSLSM's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I've been to 13 out of the remaining 18 SF Parks (not inluding the parks owned by SF but doesn't Brandish the "SF name") My ranking choice among the ones i've been too: 1. SFGAdv 2. SFH 3. SFGAm 4. SFNE 5. SFOG 6. SFMM 7. SFMW 8. SFKK 9. SFAm 10. SFOT 11. SFSL 12. SFDL 13. SFEG -
Don't care for kiddie coasters that much, though I have ridden plenty...I mostly stick to the big guns of the parks.

Rollercoaster Movie
CoasterExpert13 replied to coastercraze2005's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I kinda thought it was viper at SFMM when I first saw the poster in the movie theater about a month ago. Then a few days ago, I saw the commercial, it looks like viper, but it could be a number of coasters..... -
Mantis has been my favorite Steel coaster for quite some time now, it's very smooth, the only part that was a bit shaky was the the corkscrew, but not enough to make you wanna pass the ride up on your next visit. Very awesome ride in every aspect. ...anyone having problems while riding Mantis as far as comfortability goes, then there aren't in the right position.

CoasterExpert13 replied to ParkTrips's topic in Random, Random, Random

Whats the most involving coaster area?
CoasterExpert13 replied to ChrisFL's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I'd have to say: Mantis- You can see mostly all of its gloriously twisted layout...the first drop, loop..under the divel loop, incline loop and the twisted ending. BKF (Dominator)- You can also see most of this ride while in the queve-lines...first drop, loop, bankcurve around the cobra-roll and the rest of the ride. -
I think the park will stay open, but if these facts are true, then it'll become a really lame park in the future to come. I love Geauga....I've been going there for years (Especially when I don't feel like Heading to Kennywood every summer.) Hopefull they get there sh*t together, and operate the park as it was meant to be.

Roller Coaster Riding World Record
CoasterExpert13 replied to Eagle Rider's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
There would be 4 coasters that I would ride for 104 day: 1: Phantom's Revenege 2: Millenium Force 3: Dominator (BKF) 4: Mantis Those are the most fun to re-ride out of many that I can think of right now. -
Seattle. Would you rather swim in a river or swim in a lake?

Which is worse, Arrow or Vekoma?
CoasterExpert13 replied to MLRC7 CP's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I like vekoma better than arrow....Arrows most arrow designs are extremely rough and head-spliting. -

Whats The Weather Like Where You Live?
CoasterExpert13 replied to RtherBOnACoaster's topic in Random, Random, Random
Well, it's 1:59am and it's currently 33 degrees. Snowed major last week, but the light and fluffy type, not the "stick to the ground" snow. By now, snow pretty much melted and dried up here, just some ice. Ridiculously hot in the summer, especially July. -

^ I'm glad Batman: Dark Knight isn't like all the other "Batman" named coaster with the execption of 3.....I'm tired of that black and grey color scheme. I had to look at it when it was the Steel Phantom's Colors here at Kennywood. I think the purple and baby blue rails look good on B: DK... I don't care for:The colors on Montu @ Busch Gardens Tampa. The Deep bright purple of the Great White @ Sea World Texas The Great Bear @ Hershey Park...a few other but can't think of them at the moment.

Which gives more feelings?
CoasterExpert13 replied to Superdasher's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Drops on coasters give me more feeling. Drops on free-fall rides give me more feeling than that of a coaster. Launches are just forceful for me. -
Color is one of the many reason I love coasters...A ride stands out better if it has a very eye catching color scheme. With that said...I love the Mantis color scheme, yet the colors don't fit it's name. Raptor or Hydra's colors would fit Mantis. I like Batman: Dark Knight'scolors, but again the colors don't fit it's name..(though I am glad its not black.) Phantom's Revenge's color scheme is great. Though, I think it would have looked nice black/black. What You Guys Think?

I love the Left Front Seat, whenever I ride Phantom's Revenge or Millennium Force...I ride in the left, because I get more feeling out of the bank curves on both rides.....Depends on the rider and/or coaster.. B&M's..I love the Left 2nd Front Seat...like being in the middle cause you get to see everything coming at you from both side.
