That was my first visit to Quassy, and I really liked the park. It was a lot nicer than I had been led to believe. And Wooden Warrior was great! dt

^I'll have to check this out, as like you I was not a fan of the Burton re-make. In fact, I don't think I ever finished watching it (this happens with me and a lot of movies). dt

^It used to be in my Top Ten, but the years have not been kind to this coaster. I'm hoping the topper track returns it to being a great ride again. dt

^Yes. Cedar Point, King's Island, Canada's Wonderland and others have all been in desperate need for a system like this. These parks are just too busy in the summer for someone that lives a great distance away and that can perhaps only visit on a weekend to have a chance to experience everything at the park on one visit. So I'm very happy to see these parks adding a system like this. I'd still like to see these parks install the Q Bot system, as I'm a huge fan of that system (especially the gold upgrade!), but this is certainly a positive step. This might get me back to CP and KI, two parks I haven't visited in years because of crowds. dt

^Or a rapids ride that holds three people. I think sometimes the management of this place goes to ride manufacturers and asks if they can lower the capacity for them. I still think the Hamster Coaster is the best ride in the park. dt

^You think he would learn to close his suitcase! I've been to Fuji Q twice, and both times it was horrible. Super slow operations, rides not running (both times I was there Dondopa ran for maybe five cycles total before being closed for the day), insane crowds, and just nothing there that makes the place worth visiting. It's so different from all other Japan parks, it's like it exists in an alternate universe. I really have no interest in ever visiting the place again. I will say you had good luck with the clear weather the day you were there. Only on the first visit was Mt. Fuji visible, and then for only five minutes at the end of the day when the clouds suddenly parted. Loved the photos you got of it! Thanks for all the photos! I really miss Japan... dt

Black Mamba is the least forceful B&M invert on Earth. It makes Silver Bullet look like Nemesis. As far as this new ride, I like the look of it. Will be curious to ride it later this year. dt

This will make me actually return to CP and KI some day. I haven't been to either in many years, as a weekend visit is really the only chance I have. And there's no way I want to visit either place on a weekend without a system like this. So I'm really glad to see this added. Still hoping for QBot to be eventually rolled out. Just love the Gold upgrade... dt

The "drink" excuse seems, um, odd. It's cool they're finally have effect in the fireplace scene, though, as I always thought that part needed something, other than thinking to yourself, "hey, we're in a fireplace!". dt
