It's hard to say without a specific example, but yeah, probably. There are businesses I don't use because of their policies/politics, so I imagine I'd stay away from parks that promote the same things.

Think about how much the ticket prices will go up when they build the new Pottertown.
I personally don't see me spending this amount of money on these parks any time soon. The level of customer service is certainly not reflected by this ticket price.

To not even make some sort of reference to a ride that is clearly being built, even if it's a "Coming In 2013" sign is a bad PR move. It's better to build hype than act like nothing is going on and people are hallucinating construction.
