Anthrax - Medusa dt

I've been to this park twice, and my first visit in 2000 was so much better than my second visit a few years ago. It just doesn't seem like the new owners care as much about the park as the old ones did. Lots of closed rides, pokey operations, and a real lack of energy compared to the first time I visited. I still ahd fun, but the place just seemed kind of "off". It still has one of the best locations for a park ever, and I hope it stays open for quite some time. dt

^BUT IT'S POTTER!!! POTTER, THE BESTEST THING EVER!!!! Yeah, I don't get it either. But hey, the idea is to make money, and they certainly seem to have this figured out, given the popularity of the land and merchandise. I'd obviously prefer Game Of Thrones Land (who wouldn't want to see a kid get tossed off a tower every hour?), but I totally give Universal credit for tapping into something that resonates with a lot of people. As far as Transformers goes, I can see it going in there, though it does seem like from reports (I haven't been on it) that it's a littel TOO close to Spiderman. It would make sense to add something while they're waiting for Pottertown 2: More Wands Boogaloo to get built. dt

Totally worth reading just for this line: Like most "news", this is sensationalistic nonsense. Plus I saw NO MENTION of the most dangerous thing in the theme park world, the Intamin Cable. So clearly whoever wrote this did not do their homework. dt

Not surprised at all. This place is officially done. I think there are too many layers of government involved to make this a project worth taking on for any company. dt
