Photo Trip Report-Legoland Florida summer 2013 trip.
jynx242 replied to thrillrider's topic in Photo Trip Report Archive
Thanks for posting! Sorry to hear about the invisible rain -
^ Like when we met at the Bash at at SFGA Well - I am officially a Florida resident now. Moved to the Orlando area last week and started a new job this week. It is great to be here, but I hate hate hate hate hate hate moving.

Kind of nostalgic and sad for me with the removal of Southern Star. When I worked there in the 80's they got some awesome shows. I remember seeing Erasure open for Duran Duran there (I still think this is the concert that turned me gay .) I also remember Hudu Gurus, Billy Idol and others. It makes sense that it is a Skull Island expansion (which bums me out,) with the location and the fact that there isn't much of a "water park" presence within the park itself. White Water is great, but it is on the other side of town. We shall see what happens, and I will always love SFoG. D

jynx242 replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Wow - been away for a bit due to a job change. I get to come back to AWESOME Japan updates. I love seeing my friends having such a great time. The only thing better would be for me to be there with you all!!! -

You are definitely not like that at all! You are awesome and fun! Awweee - thank you! You are also awesome and fun! And I agree with the above comment. Be whoever you want to be and don't let other people define you. You can be a-sexual, you can be gay and not jump on everything in sight with a pulse and a penis, or you can be a downright ho . There is room for everyone.

TPRMemes 3: Amusement Park Grumpy Cat

^^ Made....my......day -
Maybe it is a part of just getting older, but I have absolutely not time for "bitchy-disco-queens." Frankly, I consider myself above that . Perhaps that is my "bitchyness" coming out though. Anyone who has met me will know that I just don't roll like that. I can be catty, but it is always in fun and I don't sink to the level of being just nasty and mean. I've found that you can be fabulous, amazing, awesome or whatever you want to be by just being yourself and being NICE.

What will be the FIRST coaster you ride in 2013?

My yearly "godless heathen" tour to SFoG on Easter Sunday and we always start with the Scorcher. -

I actually love it when I fall behind on this thread, because I can spend an hour or so of my day drooling over your pictures Hanno. Thank you for making my day better David -
I am so happy for you!!! Trust me - you will feel better and better about it and the stress releif is out of this world. Glad to have you as an official "part of the family." David

Why all the screaming, Robb?
jynx242 replied to douggw's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Just a word about TPR Videos for me: When I want to have a personal coaster "geek-out" I love the Roller Coasters in the Raw videos. When someone asks me why I am a member of TPR and why I love it - I pull out the Coaster Expedition Videos from the East Coast or MidWest tours. Those videos show - in a nutshell - why I love TPR. And everyone I rode I-305 with screamed "TWISTIESSSS" at the top of our lungs. Love the work you guys do - keep it up! D. -
You will meet a BUNCH of great folks on the tour. I've done 5 of them and have made life-long friends on each one. You will most likey be suprised by the number of gay people on the trip as well.

^ so very sorry for your loss.

^ Wow - that is quite a transformation! You look great!

Well - this is certainly not what I was expecting. That being said - it does look like a fun ride. My concerns kind of align with Robbs regarding the capacity...but last year's Superman addition gave a lot of people the same concerns and it seems like it hasn't been an issue there (I know - it is a much smaller park, but we can only wait to see.) For what it's worth - congratulations to SFMM and its fans for another addition to their lineup. SOMEDAY I plan on actually making it out there

^^ You are going to have to beat the boys off with a stick - Devon is such a pretty girl! There is a good chance that Charles and I will be taking Guardianship of his 14 year old neice. I'll probably have a LOT of questions for you when that happens
