If Leviathan succeeds, then I think the park may add a B&M Giga for 2013. Leviathan is going to a Cedar Fair park. What does Leviathan's success have to do with Six Flags? As of right now, there are no Giga coasters currently in or being built anywhere other than Cedar Fair parks, so what makes you think Six Flags would rely on the success of Leviathan to add one? -
^^Well, I didn't do this. According to my ride statistics, I hit a max of 83 mph on the outer loop and a max of 39 mph in the inner turns. I thought I was going a good deal faster (they block out the speedometers on the cars so you aren't tempted to take your eyes off of the road), but I was told by my instructor that I got much better with each lap. Oh, and I drove paddle shift--something Elissa didn't do!

^Disney won't be pulling the IP rights as Marvel (the corporate entity that operates under the Disney corporate umbrella) has a contractual agreement with Universal to uphold. The only way you'll see Marvel forcibly removed from Islands of Adventure is through a new agreement or buy out between the two companies (much like how Disney bought the distribution rights for Thor, Captain America and The Avengers from Paramount) that is mutually agreed upon; that or Universal opts to remove it on their own will and accord, which I would imagine is unlikely. Marvel has long standing contracts from their many years of operation before Disney came into the picture. Liscencing agreements with film studios like Sony and Fox have kept certain characters out of Marvel Entertainments immediate film domain, but the company has gone on record to state that they will pursue certain courses of action to regain the film rights down the road. Liscensing agreements with parks and attractions have similar roadblocks but are able to be over overcome with proper negotiation and concession. -
