I have never ridden a coaster that has been too rough to re-ride, but I have ridden a few that are pretty damn rough: ~Steel~ Ninja @STStL- I love the ride in the back seat, but that sidewinder is BRUTAL. ~Wood~ Timber Wolf @ WOF- The ride has some great air, but overall the ride is the roughest coaster I have ever experienced. I still love the ride, but hopefully the new re-tracking will get rid of all that jackhammering.

Judging by the manner it was taken out, I doubt it will be running again any time soon. RCDB doesnt say anything about it being "in storage," nor it being relocated. At WOF in the Patriot queue there was a bunch of gum wads stuck on a wall, and each one had a coin stuck on it. I wonder if parks try to keep that change, or just toss it along with the gum.

Looks kind of like a ride you could finad at a fair to me.... Maybe it would be good for smaller parks like Beech Bend.

I'm with you all the way dude. All of the things CF is doing I believe to be very smart decisions that Paramount didnt have the balls to make themselves. CF is definitely doing this for the better, and I think it will really benefit the ride. All of you just need to wait until next year.

Can anyone second this? I was getting excited it was leaving!

CF seems to making the difficult but necessary decisions that Paramount never could. I think this is all just preparation for all out madness in the CF chain in 2008.

I guess looping woodies is something that just shouldnt be attempted anymore. They didnt work in the early days of coaster building, and they dont work today. Overall, I think this is the best thing that could happen to SoB. All of you are saying to tear it down, but that would cost loads of money; and why tear down a ride when you have a chance to make it better for less money?

^IDK, I think it looks pretty dang cool: It blends in pretty well and it just looks cool behind the buildings like that, IMO.

As far as I know, the new Batmans' colors go with the theme: I can accept the new colors on the coaster, it just seems a bit odd. Kind of like........ naming a coaster INFERNO and painting it white and blue. Just doesnt make much since.

I can understand why they are re-painting it, SFStL's version is getting pretty faded, but red and blue!? I think the colors fit really well on the ride itself, but not with the name. Hopefully it will get re-themed.

Another new gallery entry is up today and it sounds like Mavvie is going to get the "silent treatment." Progress on the tunnel is moving right along for how frigid it is outside. I cant wait to see the trains!

^Yea but I have ridden SD and it never gets more than an hour, Im sure that the story will be the same for SFStL. Besides, they NEED a new coaster and Im happy with anything.

Wow, I have the number 15 woodie in the world just a quick four hours away and I have never ridden it! That makes my SDC & CC trip next year sound just that much cooler! Voyage won, no suprise there.
