Why does it seem like everyone I know hates Almond Joys?

I definitely would say that it is as good as it looks in videos. It's definitely a unique experience that's now even better with the onboard audio and fire. I've never had a problem with roughness, though I will admit that it's not butter smooth. I'd definitely recommend riding it if at SFMM.

So many things to rant about. First up, I have to stay up all night to work on a project and prepare for a test tomorrow. Second off, our house has an ant problem from the rain, so the whole kitchen is sprayed with Raid. I am currently 17, and my first coaster was Gadgets Go Coaster at the age of 5.

While I do enjoy SLCs and do believe people in the coaster community bash them too much, there's just no competition. Batman simply has a lot more force and is fun all the way til the brake run where as after the inline twists, there's nothing left in an SLC.

^^^^Well if the Great Escape really needs an SLC, they can still get T2 as I'm assuming it's time at SFKK is running out soon. As for La Ronde getting the SLC, not that strange. If a park can have 2 multi-inversion B&Ms in the same park, I don't see why not 2 Inverted coasters.
