  1. I do actually enjoy Johny Rocket's although I didnt have it at CP but at Great America one time and had it at a food court in a hotel at Las Vegas. Its a neat little fast food place although I never noticed one outside of amusement parks or tourist attractions/areas. Is there JR's in normal areas? Also that Parm. fries sound good too. I never had CP's but I had Parm. fries at a pizza place before they are really good.
  2. ^oh yea! i forgot the Racer at Kings Island!! oopps so then that makes 19. 20 if you consider Gemini a wooden coaster even if it has steels rails.

Oh and when Mean Streak becomes RMC'd in the future as well.
  5. Looks really cool. Looking forward to riding it this summer! I never been on a coaster like this so im curios to try it out.
  6. Eat?? Who has time to eat while at Cedar Point?? This is me with all amusement parks! Im a ride junkie so honestly I just want to ride rides and not much else! There is only so much time and the day is over before you know it. Also the lines to get something to eat are usually long. The food is often expensive and not the best in the world. I just eat on the way home or when I get home. Also I dont want to risk getting sick on rides from a full stomach. Once in a while ill eat though.
  7. oooo thats hard since both are really good but I guess ill go with toffee it goes good with chocolate....chocolate covered taffy on the other hand would probably taste weird Caramel apple or Candy apple?
  8. yay! I finally got to go today. Wasnt to crowded and the lines werent to long either so that is good. I went on all 3 coasters and the penguin dark ride. I wanted to go on Alantis but that was closed down for some reason. We seen some animals as well as a dolphin show. Anyways my thought on the rides! Mako-This will be my second B&M hyper. My first being Raging Bull at Great America. I enjoyed this one a lot more then Raging Bull. It had more airtime and focused more on drops then just twisty track. I made sure the sit in the back to get the best ride I really enjoyed this one and it was my favorite of the 3. I think this will now take place as my favorite B&M over Sheikra/Valravn Kraken-This was one a lot of fun and intense. I liked how had both the combo of the straight down drop and the inversions. I enjoyed it a lot. However for some reason it was a little rough. After got off i had a slight headache but was very faint and only lasted like 2 mins. Other then that it was fun. Manta-This will be my second flying coaster. My first being at Great America as well. I liked how this one was longer then the one at Great America and seem to have more inversions. Even the drop was better. The dive loop was fun too. However not as intense as Great America's dive loop but still was fun. I also like how it interacted with its surroundings and got close to the water and rock. Emperor Of the Penguin dark ride-i like how this combined a theme park ride with an animal exhibit. The ride cars reminded me of giant hockey pucks(also the penguin character on the screen was named Puck). The lights and scenery was really cool as well. At the end of the ride we seen the real penguins. after getting off the ride we seen some more penguins it was really neat. Waning though! Very cold!!! Makes sense though since its Arctic Penguins.
  9. Well at least this actually looks more like a compact coaster oppose to a typical cloned carnie ride. Its kind of like a mini Gatekeeper or something. Also it maneuvers around more then something like a Larson Loop. Also the fact it launches too.
  10. Im a little late on this as this conversation was literally yesterdays news but I forgot to mention as much as i love MForce and as of now its my all time favorite coaster,I must admit if I did try I305 or/and Fury325 either one of those would probably take my number one spot. MForce was the only giga I been on,but with that one alone i have to say it was absolutely awesome! However,as I said just before if and when I go on the other two I mentioned they mostly likely will take MForce's spot. Still I'm sure Mforce will still be up there though. Fury325 looks super tall and I305 looks like a Mforce sized Maverick! So both look like they will be a lot of fun! I live in Chicago and so KD would probably be closer to me so I'd probably pick I305 first.
  11. Hmmm thats hard but it depends on the coaster but i guess ill go with sit down Six Flags Great Escape or Eliche's Gardens
  12. about a week ago. When was the last time you had a piece of cake?
  13. 1. What is the farthest distance you've traveled to specifically visit a theme park? About 4 to 5 hours from Chicago to go to Cedar Point. 2. Your favorite coaster in the state you live in? Goliath (SFGAm) 3. Would you rather wait in line for a boomerang (at any park) or a VR coaster @ a Six Flags? Depending which line is shorter honestly. I only been on one boomerang and dont remember having issues with it,so I'd be ok waiting in line for the Boomerang. It wouldnt be the first coaster i'd pick but still. I hear the lines for VR at Six Flags is dreadful! 4. Have u ever been the only person in a train during a coaster ride? No but I been on flats by myself its cool and awkward at the same time 5. What is your favorite thing to do at your home park that does not involve riding something? Going to the haunted houses on Fright Fest I guess. 6. Better time for ERT: Early morning or late night? late night im so not a morning person! 7. Name some theme park food that *sounds* gross, yet is oh-so-delicious? I dont eat that often at amusement parks...to busy riding rides but i guess chocolate covered bacon.(probably more common at fairs but still) It can be really good unless the bacon is covered in a lot of fat....chocolate covered bacon fat doesnt taste to good. 8. Name your top three "bucketlist" coasters you have yet to ride. Fury325,I305,El Toro 9. Have you ever been E-Vac'd? Did you receive anything if you did? No never been there 10. What is the longest length of time you've waited for a coaster? Dont remember off hand but probably like 2 hours. 11. Worst flat ride ever. Name it. I dont really have a worst. So Ill go with the most boring. A scambler with a slow program. However ones that are super fast and really whip you can be a blast. 12. Your favorite SWEET treat at a park that is NOT your home park. Again I dont eat to often at parks but i guess I'd say deep fried candy bars or Oreos. 13. Congratulations! After aggressively gambling on the Plinko game you finally won a front of the line pass. Which ride do you use it on? MForce 14. If you could have a lifetime fast pass to ONE attraction what would it be? Goliath since its at my home park and im there the most often. 15. Have you ever been next to someone that puked on a coaster? No but I been next to someone who puked on a Tilt R Wirl when i was 12...and on my legs at that! I wasnt to happy about it..... 16. Your home park is getting a new B&M and YOU get to pick what type. Do you want an invert/hyper/dive/floorless/flyer/wing/standup? All of the above is not an option. What about giga??? because i would soooo want that. but if you want me to pick from there I'd say dive. Great America already has all the others. Well except the stand up they no longer have. 17. Name your favorite Vekoma. I havent really been on many at all....so I dont know....the Boomerrang at Darien Lake i guess?? In all honesty it might of been the ONLY one i been on O.O. 18. What water ride delivers the most unacceptable amount of wetness? I guess any log flume that only dots your shirt with little water spots rather then actually splashing you...If you want to cool off on a hot day you'd would be like...what is this??? 19. If you were able to help design a coaster would you want it to focus on airtime or inversions/positive G's? airtime! 20. Most comfortable trains/seats for a coaster are... Dont know particularly but any coaster train with decent leg room and doesnt have hard OTSRs 21. Choose one: Unlimited front-of-the-line access to your favorite coaster at your home park for one season OR $1,000 cash? Meh that is hard....but in all honesty I'd take the 1000 cash so I can go to a trip to a park I never been too! 22. You just got drowned by a flume/rapids/chute-the-chutes. Do you pay the $$ for the dryer machine or do you continue on with your day trudging around like soggy dog? I just walk around soaked the sun will dry it sooner or later 23. What is the worst food you've had at your home park? I guess these loaded fries I had I mean they were ok but im not a fan of sour cream and it was covered in it. I could of told them no sour cream but I wanted to see if I'd like it anyways. thats not their fault though Im just a picky person. 24. You're at Cedar Point. You have a one hour ERT session on ONE coaster of your choice. You choose... This one is hard....but I'd have to choice btw Mforce or Mavrick 25. Favorite (non-clone) dark ride? I remember the haunted house they had at Myrtle Beach Pavilion to be really cool but that was so long ago. 26. What was your favorite park you visited in 2016? Cedar Point! 27. What's your current credit count? Don't be shy. Sadly not as many as most but its 59 28. Winner winner chicken dinner! You just won a trip with hotel and airfare included. The catch is its only good for Six Flags America or Mt Olympus. Which do you choose? Six Flags America as I never been to it and it has more rides 29. What is the best Intamin coaster you have ridden? Mforce. 30. Your home park has to remove one coaster and one flat for an expansion. Which two rides would you be OK with losing? hmmm thats a hard one. Guess im ok with it loosing Little Dipper. as for flat the Baloon ride or something 31. Song/music you've heard playing at a park that absolutely has not business being played in a theme park? I dont remember honestly I dont pay attention to the music usually 32. There's 5 minutes before the park closes. You choose to: Reride your favorite coaster in the park, OR get the new kiddie/junior coaster credit? Uhh totally go on my favorite coaster! For me its not about credits but the rides themselves 33. Do you visit the waterpark if it's connected to the amusement park? Not usually. as we dont usually have time however when i went to Holiday world we did. Of course Holiday World is pretty much known for its waterpark. 34. What 2017 addition are you most looking forward to? Joker at Great America since its my homepark i guess 35. What was the most disappointing addition to your home park in the past 10 years? I dont have an answer really as all the new additions were pretty good. More so Im sad they took out the stand up coaster because i never had a chance to ride it. 36. The most overrated coaster ever is... Honestly to me Boulder Dash LOOKS overrated but I never been on it so who knows. As for the coaster I been on I guess I'd say the Beast I guess. Its fun and i remember enjoying it. But it wasnt OMG WOW! as many people said it was. After the drop it was fun and all but not amazing thrilling. 37. What ride makes you wanna vomit? Pretty much any spinning ride but Rock-o-Plane made me the sickest even though i do enjoy that ride. 38. What is the best consolation prize you've won at a games booth? keychains because i love keychains and like to collect them. 39. And the worst? typical Chuck E Cheese-like stuff like those little friendship bracelets or those teeth etc. 40. End this questionnaire by posting a picture of your favorite light package (coaster/flat).
  14. ^I love that intense whipping Mavrick has please dont slow it down!! lol. But yea as I said before myself, both coasters are very different but still a lot of fun in their own ways. Thats what makes Cedar Point so fun it has a big combo of awesome fun coasters! When RMC Meanstreak is built it will even be more epic! Thing is most great parks only have one or two flagship coasters but CP has quite a few so thats what makes CP so unique and awesome! Still however I do wish to one day travel to the other parks to mainly check out their flagships. Like Fury325,I305,Skyrush,El Toro and KK,Outlaw Run,etc.
  15. ^wow thats a brave and awesome 4 yr old! I didnt know kids that small could go on big coasters like that. He is probably like Wacky Worm? Dragon Wagon? LAME!!
  16. A waterslide that tall seems epic! Id like to go on one that tall one day....The tall straight down speed slides are my favorite type of waterslides. Just like my favorite coaster element is the steep straight down drop. Now imagine they made Hyper and Giga waterslides
  17. Have you been on Intimidator 305? Sounds like that coaster might be right up your alley. Personally, that one's a bit too savage to place higher in my rankings, but it's still very, very good all things considered. No i haven't but i soooo want to ride that coaster one day...that and Fury325. Both are top on my "what i want to ride" list
  18. You're more than welcome to dislike those bands (a lot of people hate them) but acting like rock music is only rock music if it's a fun song that's "not whiny" makes no sense. Some of the most popular rock songs ever are whiny as hell. Go break out some Ozzy / Black Sabbath albums if you don't believe me. PS: Sorry we're so off topic but Darien Lake isn't getting sh*t next year anyway... Well at least those older bands are cool....i don't know maybe whiney isnt the word....i just don't like modern alternative music....its just boring where as Ozzy can sing some unique songa
  19. ^^^I never got the appeal for bands like Nickleback and Daughty.....to me that isnt real rock. Rock is suppose to be fun not about whining or super sappy fluffy pop-like love songs....
  20. I dont know this may just be me,but if I was taking a trip to florida for its only to be as cold as anywhere else I'd be super p*ssed. I know its something that can't be helped but if I was in that situation I would be like "What gives!! I can't catch a break from YOU anywhere!!!!' You being cold winter weather....At that point cold weather would be that annoying little sibling that wont leave you alone no matter where you go. (I'm actually an only child but im sure others here,or most people in general, can relater to that.)
  21. Yea I never got why many people say MForce is boring or forceless either. Like yea MForce maybe not be as forceful as let say Mavrick but it does have a killer drop, height, and speed. I love that huge adrenaline rush you got on super tall steep drops so thats why I enjoy MForce so much. So far its my favorite coaster. Here is my thought on CP's "Big Four" and why I think they are so awesome in their own ways. Mforce has the awesome "free fall" feeling tall drop, height and speed. Mavrick has the intense transitions and that out of control feeling as well as that super steep drop and of course the launching. Magnum is great for its intense ejector air time. Top Thrill is great for its intense speed and super tall height. But if I had to pick I say MForce is still my favorite because my all time favorite coaster element is the free fall like drops that seem to last forever. Of course though I love many other coaster elements/features too. Imagine if they made one awesome mega coaster that combined MForces drop but with TTDs speed and height, the out of control feeling and fast intense transitions of Mavrick and awesome ejector air time of Magnum! Now that would be one heck of a coaster!!
  22. I believe that you still have to pay for parking for BE unless you have a season or platinum pass (part of the reason that it's cheaper), but I could be wrong. If you stay at Breakers, Lighthouse Point or Sandcastle, they reimburse your parking when you check in. ^^ Go back, get a FL+ and do the wait for the front seat at night...you won't be disappointed. Wow...I have NEVER seen that video. So cheesy, yet so awesome - love the theme music like what they play in the station! Doesn't seem like that long ago when they announced this, but then again...I remember when they "announced" Magnum in the 1-800-BEST-FUN magazines! ^Even though Im only 27 I like to watch old CP commercials on youtube. My favorite is the old one about the Magnum where the little boy is climbing the tall slide on the playground. When he gets ready to slide down you suddenly are going down Magnum's drop. Also that eerie sound of the kids playing in the background and the kid slowly climbing the slide gave it that dramatic feeling. I wonder if that slide actually exists. lol Although it looked like a normal old school playground slide.
  23. ^^ I think I remember that year. I had a friend I talked to online who was from Florida and I remember her being so EXCITED it started to snow there!! You'd think she won the lottery! Here im sitting at my computer thinking what the heck is wrong with her?? Who WANTS snow and cold?? Not me! Especially if I was to live somewhere where its mostly warm all year. People move to Florida to get away from that all. I learned something though. I talk to people from all over online. I met others who prefer sad gloomy cold weather. They also tend to be clinically depressed...............hmmm (I admit I have depression as well but at least I enjoy happy weather....why would you want weather to match your mood??) Also I'm visiting my dad now who lives in Florida. I been here since Jan 15th and will be here until Feb 17th. All I can say is there was no 30 degree weather this year I'd take this over snow ice and cold weather anyday!
  24. Yea whats wrong with CP being known for having several of the best coasters out there? Its nothing to do with being spoiled. Its Cedar Point for pete sakes! lol. Its not like it will take business from other parks. They will also be just as popular as ever too. CP isnt the spoiled child....CP is the child that every kid in class loves to hang out with!
  25. ^^ Yea when I think of "Golden era" park I think of the old school amusement park with the ton of old school flat rides and the one or two main Wooden coaster/coasters. Clearly there is a few of those around. I find it interesting how old school parks focuses more on flat rides where as modern day ones focus more on coasters. But I have no issue with that as coasters are where its at! Of course thrill flats are what make an really thrilling park too. Traditional flats are nice too though however just not as fun as many other rides. Then again sometimes traditional flats can be more intense like Rock-o-Planes. That Skydiver thrill Ferris Wheel looks fun as well although i never been on one. I think it be cool to try one out.
